Cute little cottage, very clean and comfortable! The hot tub was a huge bonus, would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful! My daughter and I loved it. Eva and Zach truly covered every little detail! Staying here has renewed my love for Airbnb's. I have noticed that some rentals have become less personal and more of a management style. Eva and Zach were responsive and detailed to my messages. Because of all the trees and plants we felt as if we were on a tropical vacation. The pool was nice, we had it to ourselves. The inside of the home felt as if it was newly remodeled, very clean. I agree that the stairs to go up to the bedroom area are a bit steep. However, I'm clumsy and I did not have an issue. The roof top deck was peaceful. The location was perfect not far from attractions, but also away from the traffic and noise. We are hoping to make this home our annual mother, daughter spot. If I have to use one word to sum up our stay it would be Zen! Oh! And take their recommendation and eat at Uncle Tony's! Seriously the best Italian food and old school customer service.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. Contact with Lorraine was always "just in time" and provided all the necessary information, and the digital guide also contains everything you need about the entire complex. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Soulful Retreat at Cloud Mountain We had the most peaceful and restorative stay at this guest home in Jamul. My partner was recovering from a hospital stay, and this place offered everything we needed—quiet, nature, and healing energy. The guest house was spotless and cozy, with thoughtful touches. We did yoga on the deck, hiked among boulders, watched every sunrise and sunset, and soaked in the hot tub under the stars. The coastal breeze, birdsong, and privacy made it feel like a true escape. We loved connecting with the warm, welcoming hosts and their family as well as their sweet animal companions both cats and dogs—including a very friendly pig named Violet! We hardly heard a single car or plane during our stay. If you're looking to reconnect with nature, this is the place. We left feeling calm, refreshed, and recharged—and we’ve already planned our return to Cloud Mountain. No need to look any further—this place is something special!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The VIEWS!!! Absolutely breathtaking. We could’ve spent the entire trip just soaking in that ocean view—it was seriously next-level. From sunrise to sunset, it was pure magic. We absolutely loved Kate’s place and Kate herself! She was the best host we’ve ever had. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a fun, quirky charm that made it feel like a hidden gem. The bed was insanely comfortable, the robes were perfectly cozy, and the coffee? Delicious. The art supplies and hot tub facing the ocean were truly to die for—I didn’t even want to leave to explore San Diego because I was so content right there. We slept with the back door open to hear the waves crash all night long and let the ocean breeze in. The neighborhood felt super safe and had such a great vibe. We already know we’ll be back to see Kate every year. No doubt about it.

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and made so many sweet memories here with our family! We have three little kids, and this home was perfect for us—comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Pack-n-play and high chair provided was a huge plus!! The location was great and made it easy to explore the area. Courtney was a kind and thoughtful host—we really appreciated the welcome card and treats. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly home away from home!

This air bnb was the best place we could have stayed in San Diego. It had everything we needed and there were so many thoughtful touches. All I wanted was a Southern California beach vacation and Kristen had all of the gear we needed for that. We went to several beaches during our stay and it was about a 30 minute drive to every beach we went after waiting out morning rush hour traffic. Her backyard was my favorite part of our trip as we love watching sunrises and sunsets and it was so peaceful with great views. There is a lot of natural light in the air bnb as I didn’t understand initially there are solar tube lights throughout the unit which I thought were really cool. The air bnb is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and is a convenient location. The bed itself was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to cook meals with a full kitchen and be able to do laundry. I would definitely will return when back in San Diego.

This is the second time I have stayed at Nicole's place. The location is great, we walked to restaurants, grocery store and of course, the beach! Nicole's place is so comfortable. Nicole is also very quick to respond. Check-in and check-out was simple. I will definitely check availability here the next time I will be in Encinitas!

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was nice, clean, and nicely decorated. Parking was easy and the area was nice and safe. Natalya was always responsive and friendly. Check in and check out was very easy.

I needed to get away from some personal stress and found this casita to stay at for the weekend. It’s exactly what I needed! It is so quiet and peaceful that I didn’t want to leave. You can feel the ocean breeze in the backyard and through the windows. My dog loved cruising around out back so we were both very content. There are also some popular restaurants and a park a few blocks away within walking distance too. Rosemarie was very helpful, responsive and friendly. I felt comfortable reaching out to her if I had questions. Thank you for your hospitality Rosemarie. I got my serenity back!

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

I loved the location, we could walk to coffee in the morning. A few great food options are close. The kitchen was fully equipped for anyone wanting to cook, we didn't because the food choices were too good in the area.

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

Nicolas was a great host and has a gorgeous property where my family and I felt right at home! Not once did we feel uncomfortable, everything matched the description and then some! The one question I had he responded within minutes and was very clear and consider. Would definitely book again!

The guest house on Kris’s plot was as advertised and just what we needed for our stay in North County SD. Thanks for the wonderful time! My kids had a particularly good time.

We had such an amazing time. So many activities to do at Kathleen’s. Our kids love the pond, swimming pool, fishing, pickleball, and appreciate all the outdoors amenities. Definitely a gem to visit for families. The home is a little dated. But all the outdoor activities make up for it.
