Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning bath, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, climbing park and new park area with play equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Lys og moderne leilighet med plass til en liten småbarnsfamilie. To soverom med totalt 2 senger. 1 x 180 cm seng og 1 x 140 cm seng. Ca 15 min med bil til Dyreparken og Kristiansand sentrum der man har flere severdigheter som Fiskebrygga og Markens ☀️ Kort gange fra Tømmerstø brygge og Randesund Lysstøperi som også er severdigheter verdt å få med seg! Med leiligheten følger også en liten uteplass, grill og to stoler som man kan nyte i sola. Gode bussforbindelser og kort vei til busstopp.

Modern, small and effective apartment (24 m2) in a 60's-building. Combined living- and sleepingroom. Fresh linnen, towels and cleaning after your stay is included. Small balcony with chairs and table facing a fenced, private garden. Best suited for up to two, can sleep up to four. Centrally located to the beach (350 meters), Dyreparken (zoo and waterpark), Kunstsilo and more. Half a block to grocery store. Lots of take out places. Keys can be picked up at local kiosk 750 m. away.
