Apartment holiday rentals in Randwick

Em’s Terrace home was a great getaway with easy (walking) access to shops and beaches at Waverley, Randwick, Bronte and Bondi. The place is bright and roomy with all the amenities that you need. Its two bedrooms and great for 2-4 persons as long as you are okay with the single bathroom. Everything works great and Em was a great host. Very responsive to fix a door problem and even upgraded the Internet speeds for us as we were working and on video conference calls at lot. It’s upstairs on the 2nd level but great peaceful views from the balcony and windows. If you are arriving after sunset make sure you get proper instructions from Em to find the door to the home.

Clay was very accommodating and I felt very at home during my stay. The location was quiet and comfortable and Clay was very proactive in making sure my stay was stress-free (during a stressful time)! Highly recommend!

We hadden een goed verblijf in de ruimte van Luke. Hij zorgde ervoor dat alles bij aankomst perfect in orde was. Een probleem welke kort voor de tijd van onze boeking was ontstaan werd in korte tijd opgelost. De locatie is geweldig. Je bent dichtbij de zee en goede stranden. Een reis naar het centrum van Sydney neemt 20 minuten in beslag met een bus die voor de deur stopt.

Isabelle's place was an excellent location to stay for us - quiet yet near Randwick centre for food and eating out, close to the trams to get to central Sydney and to buses to get to beaches, yet sufficiently away from it all to be able to escape hustle and bustle when needed - wonderful place to stay and use as a base. Isabelle was also very responsive, and sorted a minor issue we had within the hour - can't say better than that. Also, Isabelle provided us with chairs to sit in the communal garden, and advised of the communal pool - both wonderful on a hot day Would happily recommend to others looking for a base to explore Sydney....be it the city and / or the beaches - and Randwick was a joy to visit

Pros: Clean, undercover parking, lift, quiet fridge and dishwasher, air-con, cooking equipment, iron/board, close to shops/restaurants/beach Consider: Check-in is an adventure! The main bedroom isn't completely dark; no fly screen on the balcony door (the only option to open for fresh air).

I had the most amazing stay at this charming 2-bedroom apartment! The interior design is absolutely divine—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. The beds were incredibly comfortable. One of the best parts was the stunning view of the ocean—truly a peaceful and refreshing backdrop. The location is perfect—just a short walk to great coffee shops and local spots. Parking was super easy and convenient as well. Overall, a perfect place to relax and feel right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Can it be any better?? What an incredible find this place was! We loved every minute of being there and hosts Dorothee and Alea were amazing in their considerate and helpful approach, making sure our stay was perfect. This spotless clean place and the generous proportions of this studio made it such a good deal for a perfect stay in Sydney. We couldn’t believe our luck! Because of the often wet weather, we ended up staying in the studio a bit more than anticipated. However the light flooded place with the large windows and the beautiful autumn trees around the whole house delivered us a stunning experience. The studio is elevated and above the main part of the building, it’s literally a tree top place. Bathroom is also quite large and modern, there is enough cooking equipment to make a meal and the wall colour matches the surrounds. The place is totally separate from the rest of the house with its own entrance. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sydney.

The house was awesome great spot and very large. Gianluca was also very responsive and let me check in early as well. I’ll definitely be booking again as all my mates now live in Sydney. Had them over too and they absolutely loved it (they’re hard to please too). Beach is literally a street over and so are all the shops and Coogee Pavillion. Thanks again can’t wait for the next time I stay

Pasamos un fin de semana muy relajante. Caz es una anfitriona amable, comunicativa y atenta. Aunque no necesitamos nada durante nuestra estancia, sabíamos que, de haber sido necesario, ella habría respondido con rapidez y amabilidad. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibió una vista hermosa y llamativa. La serenidad del lugar era total, acompañada por el suave murmullo del océano que hacía aún más especial la experiencia. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y ordenado, lo que nos hizo sentir cómodos de inmediato. Además, la ubicación fue perfecta muy cerca de restaurantes como Catalina y lugares agradables como el Dudley Page Playground. Sin duda, fue un gran fin de semana. ¡Gracias de nuevo, Caz, por permitirnos disfrutar de tu hermoso apartamento!

Anna was the optimum host- friendly, incredibly accommodating, very responsive and so generous opening her immaculately appointed home. What I hadn’t seen from the photos was in incredible ocean views from almost every window. A peaceful and uplifting nest that was so comfortable for our family of four to touch base with the best of Sydney (my hometown) whilst visiting from Berlin. I couldn’t recommend more highly !

Quiet , spacious , clean and excellent location . Plenty of kitchen utensils , lovely bathroom , great A/C , comfy bed and lounge and peaceful private yard . As mentioned previously, Arden St is a steep hill with steps to get to the beach/ shops , but you can go across the block then down the park if needed which is easier and much less steps. Grumpy Baker - good coffee and excellent food .

we needed a last minute place to stay as the accommodation we had booked online was nothing like the representations I contacted Andrew & Adriana and they responded instantly and were wonderful to deal with - saved the weekend. the apartment is tastefully renovated, lovely garden & private aspect, all amenities you could need (except coffee machine but coffee shops around the corner for addicts like me) and just delightful place to spend as "home" while we were in Sydney bed was great, linen clean & crisp, shower hot, kitchen well appointed and lovely sunny morning light will book it again when we stay at Coogee next time Graeme

We had a lovely stay! The home is in a great location, within walking distance to yummy restaurants and sightseeing. It’s also on a quieter street that was easy to find. It’s overall we had comfortable night stay. Thank you :)

The stairs to his face were a bit messy and needed to paint but once you got inside it was very modern very clean at all amenities and more old. They probably need to put some coffee there.

Ms Xin was an amazing host. Incredibly pro-active and even checked in after a couple of days which was lovely. The apartment is an oasis of calm with the best shampoos, toothbrushes, lotions. Completely spotless too. The beach is beautiful and the walk from Coogee to Bondi recommended. A little chilly this time of year (May) so dress warm!

Perfect location. Walking distance to cbd, restaurants and bars nearby, lots of public transport options. Comfortable apartment with beautiful views of Hyde park.

Fredericos home was wonderful! The balcony and views are amazing and the location is fab. We managed to lock our phone in the house as we were leaving and Frederico was so helpful in us getting back in!

Coco et Sheldon nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et l'appartement offrait un bel espace au milieu de la ville. L'appartement est très bien équipé et nous avons particulierement aimé toutes les petites intentions prévues dans l'appartement (café, lait au frais, matériel de salle de bain, etc). Rita was an excellent host! Offered lots of suggestions of places to see and things to do. The place was nicely decorated and felt very clean. The bed was comfy. It had everything you would need (chargers, slippers, q-tips, etc.) The location was perfect. Walking distance to most things or the train station was less than 5 minute walk. I would totally stay here again, it felt like home away from home. Felt very safe.

This place is excellent for excursions into the CBD. Public transportation is close and will get you everywhere else. For the price and amenities it’s hard to beat. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come through!
