It's a renovated, private, self-contained apartment in the front section of my home. Your front entry leads into a spacious, open plan living area with fully equipped kitchenette, TV & comfy couch + reading nook. The bedroom features a top quality mattress. Bus Transport close by leads to everywhere!

Enjoy the sunny deck with seating overlooking a shady bamboo garden where native birds nest and sing. Bronte Beach can be reached via the Bronte Gully or straight down Bronte. Our self contained unit is located at the front of our family home. Separated from the main house with a locked door, it is private, newly renovated and designed for a comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to UNSW, Randwick hospitals and well connected to the CBD by public transport. We hope you enjoy this peaceful oasis in the heart of Coogee. Please note the unit is suited to a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (the sofa bed is not suitable for a third adult).

Our place is close to Coogee Beach, Randwick Village, University of NSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital, Chat Thai, Café X74, City Bus Stops,. It's great for couples and solo business guests. An easy level about 15 min walk to Beach. Great Restaurants and Cafés are close by.

Beautifully appointed self-contained unit on 2 levels. Lounge area opens onto a large and sunny deck upstairs. Quiet and private queen bedroom with en-suite downstairs.
