Our bakery cottage is beautifully located in the Melderstein Manor area. Here you will find lush surroundings and nice trails and gravel roads to walk on. Here it is close to fishing waters in the Råne River. The bakery has a smaller bedroom and a larger living room. In the living room there is a small kitchenette with stove, fridge and freezer. There's also a dining area, sofa and two beds. Private shower and toilet as well as private entrance and parking. We are located about 50 km from Luleå, Kalix and Boden. 12 km from the E4 at Råneå.

Stugan är varsamt renoverad med modern komfort för både semester och arbete. Tillgång till bastu och träningsmöjligheter på gården. Endast 5 minuters promenad till skidspår, älv och buss. 15 minuters promenad till matbutik samt 15 minuter med buss till centrum och tågstation. Flygplats nås på 40 minuter.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property.
