Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rat Burana

The place located the heart of BKK, close to most malls. I often go to Siam and One Bangkok so this place was convenient to me. Overall, I had a great time at the place, the owner was so responsive and friendly, they’re helpful as well; just name whatever you wish for and they’ll get it done for you immediately if they could. However, like the others, this place has its own pros and cons. I’ll split it up here: Pros: - Like I mentioned earlier it’s close to most malls so it’ll be convenient for you if you like going to Siam or One Bangkok for T-pop stars events. - If you’re in Thailand for any concerts in QSNCC like me, the place is pretty close. - There’s a laundry machine and a dryer but it’s coin machine. Cons: - It’s not that close to the MRT, I’d say walkable but still Thailand is too hot to walk. I’d recommend getting grab to get around. - The traffic jam is bad in the early morning and evening. - The place is located in a small alley but taxis can get in. - No lifts.

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

I had an amazing 3-day stay at this apartment in Bangkok! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of everything, with great local restaurants just across the street and around the corner. There’s even an excellent all-you-can-eat seafood place just diagonally across from the building — highly recommended! The metro station is very close by, making it super convenient to explore other parts of the city. The apartment itself was fantastic: clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and although the space isn't huge, it feels very well laid out and spacious enough for any tourist. It truly had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with — a big plus! Would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Excellent place and not less excellent host. The place is gorgeous, all in all. Comfortable, clean, spacious (in our case we needed team work space) and well provisioned. The neighborhood is very calm, which was a must for us. While somewhat secluded, accessing the bursting city is not a problem even with a short walk. Also, Eve attentively responded to all inquiries and was really helpful when needed. Would recommend 11/10.

We stayed for two weeks and had a great experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The internet was impressively fast (463/338 Mbps), which was perfect for remote work. There are some extra amenities not listed in the description that were provided, which was a pleasant surprise. While the room and kitchen are both quite small, they're still very functional and well-equipped. The location is very convenient — there's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters away, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The MRT and BTS stations are about 500 meters away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

My stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. 🏡 The space is quite spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The people around, including the neighbors, were very friendly and welcoming. 😊 The host was also very responsive, whenever I reached out in the morning, they answered my questions promptly. 🌞 I had no issues during my stay and felt completely at ease. If I return to Thailand, I would definitely consider renting this place again. Highly recommended! Thank you🙏

Great apartment, staff always around and helpful

Dreamm’s listing was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, washer and dryer was a plus. BTS station is an 8-10 minute walk. An abundance of stores and restaurants within walking distance. 24 hr. 7-11 store is a 5 minuet walk. Some of my personal recommendations would be, take the hop on hop off boat and the 4 hour bike tour. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Dreamm’s place. She was a very responsive host. I highly recommend this air b&b and will return.

Loved staying at Stephen’s apartment on the 21st floor view was insane and the place was super clean and cozy. The neighborhood around Sukhumvit 11 is lively but safe, with great restaurants, bars, and BTS Nana just a short walk away. Everything was smooth, from check-in to communication. Felt like home for those few days. Next time I’m in Bangkok, I’m 100% staying here again.

Wonderful Pent house apartment! Great hosts. Very responsible and proactive. We had an incredible time. Everything was just as described. The hosts go out of their way to cater to the guests. The interiors of the apartment had a touch of European influence. Which was very refreshing and warm. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. Yang's place is perfect for those who wanted a quiet place but has all the amenities nearby. On Nut is a local gem and you can find various food and market in the neighbourhood. The place we stayed are great and the staffs were friendly and kind. It's a great place and we will surely return if we come to Bangkok again.

Milo was a super helpful host, always making sure everything was ok Views are great as are the amenities. Beds are like a rock, but other then that, everything was perfect.

Tina is very enthusiastic. The room is nice and has a nice view.

The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.
