Holiday rentals with a patio in Ratchathewi

I highly recommend Lucas place it was extremely close to shopping centre’s restaurants and park and transport. Lucas apartment was immaculate and spacious Luca was friendly and had outstanding communication Nothing was a hassle and he responded straight away We asked for a late check out and Lucas was very accommodating and let us check out at 5pm as it would have been a nightmare carting 6 suitcases around all day. We will definitely be staying next time we are in Bangkok. Thank you so much Luca we really appreciate you going above and beyond. 5* 😊

JJ and Boy are super responsive. The unit is clean and well looked after. I stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues.

Place was very clean and new, host was also very prompt with reply! The whole place was great! Would be perfect if there was an in-build washing machine in the apartment! Would definitely come back again ☺️

Lovely apartment! Super clean and the building is fairly new. The pool is lovely too and great advantage to have the balcony so enjoy Bangkok sunset. All in all, great place!

Very nice place finished to high standards. There's shop, and restaurants downstairs in the building. Nice view from roof top. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

The host, Narudorn is really helpful when we request some things and they reply fast. The house is really lovely, we had so much fun times staying there. Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays

The apartment was awesome, clean spacious and comfortable, some minor damage to the walls and the apartment complex as a whole, but that doesn’t dampen the experience, a few extra cooking utensils and pans would make things easier and quicker, overall a beautiful apartment and very enjoyable stay
