Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ratsada

The Glasshouse is a beautiful space in a quieter area of Phuket. However, it's still in walking distance to restaurants, massage parlors, beaches, a 7-11 etc. We would recommend walking to Ao Yan beach over Kao Khad, but if you're looking for really stunning beaches or a livelier scene, you will have to drive out further. I stayed here with my husband and our families who were all looking to relax so this fit the bill. We enjoyed watching sunsets right from the backyard and having large common areas to hang out in. Bradley and Khun Pond are kind and gracious hosts. Easy to communicate with and helped arrange our pick-up/drop-off, and sourced beautiful bouquets for a surprise engagement celebration. Of note, the 5th/6th bedrooms feel isolated since they are nonadjacent to the main house, but some people may like that. They also don't have the same luxury feel as the rest of the home and could use a few updates. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and beautiful views. Thank you, Bradley!

Olivier is a top host. Always available and help you with everything. Very attentive. Cleaning 2 times a week, which is really a top service. The view was beautiful. Nice swimming pool and parking underground. 24-hour security available.

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Except for a few small things, everything was as hoped for. The contact person for everything around the house Ivan was always available and immediately provided help and support. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

The kitchen staff deserves a huge compliment for the amazing meals they prepared—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like a restaurant experience every day! Very nice condo, much space and nice swimming pool

What a sweet break at Alan and Nuch's, we had a great time there. As soon as we arrived, the welcome was spontaneous and warm and extended throughout our stay, we felt really good there, like at home. Our self-catering home had all the comforts and space you need. Very good quality bedding, a thoughtful living space with all the necessities, a terrace so nice to contemplate the garden and be attentive to the surrounding wildlife. A nice swimming pool to relax at any hour with shower and sunbeds, so nice. The accommodation is very well located. Shops, restaurants, bars, massage parlors. The proposed scooter rental service, in perfect condition, was a plus and we took the opportunity to visit Phuket long and wide. Returning in the evening, to this little haven of peace far from the hustle and bustle, was a little happiness in itself! With Max and Charly, always there to welcome us from afar:) 🐕 Perfect!

The place is much better than the pictures allude to. And the view was quite remarkable. The area had a great number of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Laurent‘s place was even better than in the photos and he as a host was very responsive. The place was clean, has everything that you need for vacation. The outside pool is really big with very clean water. The area is quiet and I recommend it if you are looking for a peacefull vacation. Will definitely come back!

Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.
