It is a spacious suite with a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The living room has a futon couch. There is a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, tv and wifi. Private entrance (via key code) for our guests. The space is a portion of the lower level of our home; which is closed off to the rest of our home.

The space has AC, an LCD Smart TV, Electric Fireplace, oak kitchen table/counter tops, LED color adjustable lighting, full kitchen with an organic spice rack.
