Holiday rentals with a patio in Rawai

I liked staying here. The view is great. The design of the building and how it faces the Andaman Sea. The pool is great on the roof.

We had an mazing stay. We were 6 of us with two kids and the place was spacious and comfortable. Caroline was responsive and helpful - from check in to check out. She agree d to an early check in and gave us an informative walk thru. She even did not charge us for the two glasses my kids broke . So a big thank you and yes definitely my top choose if I visit Phuket again.

The unit is well-equipped with everything you might need, especially if you prefer to cook rather than dine out every day. The AC is excellent—cooling the space quickly—and the shower consistently provides hot water, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bldg set on a quieter street just off the main road, it’s within easy walking distance to numerous dining options and well-known massage places. Despite being so central, the apt remains quiet at night, ensuring restful evenings. It’s also conveniently located next to a Western-style market, perfect for picking up essentials or familiar if you feel homesick. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the host, Jeremy. He is warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful—always ready to assist with anything you need or offer recommendations to enhance your stay.

Отличные апартаменты в новом комплексе. Невероятная чистота, отсутствие любых насекомых - за месяц ни один муравей не проник в квартиру. Хорошее расположение, окна выходят на зеленый склон с деревьями, солнце попадает только под вечер. Рекомендую!

Beautiful building with two pools, a library, remote workrooms, and great for long-term stays. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, with a pool view and an outdoor bathing tub. Dining table can double as a work desk, though an extra study table with a reading light would be helpful as the hall felt a bit dark. There’s a large storage room. Facilities are excellent — a functional gym, separate saunas, library, strong Wi-Fi, and two canteens plus a restaurant. Nothing is within short walking distance, so a bike or car is needed; plenty of parking available. The reception is 24 hours and very friendly. Bike rentals are nearby. The building has hotel rooms and apartments; the host is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, an excellent place for remote work or long stays. Phuket has a relaxed vibe, more suited to people who enjoy a quieter island lifestyle. Highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful, work-friendly environment.

Tom and Sue are lovely hosts. We really loved their house and it is well designed. We felt private throughout our stay. They also greeted us with a cute gift for honeymoon. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in Phuket. The house is really close to the beach and it's a quiet area. Ross was also quite helpful and very responsive. The only negative point was the mosquitoes, thankfully there was some products at the villa to help with that. Thanks for having us!

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Our host was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The place was beautiful, offering stunning scenic views of Phuket town. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. Great place to stay. Host is very responsive and suggested many nice places to visit. There’s a 7/11 very close to the house and a 24/7 tops also very near. View is beautiful. The massage place right under the building is also great.

This apartment is amazing and the host Selly, easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything and nothing was a problem. The apartment itself is immaculate. Anyone who reviews otherwise is simply not telling the truth. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

The unit was awesome, all the items in the unit was branded and new sets such as big Smasung Smart TV and big HITACHI refrigerator. The storage compartments also neat and comfortable to use. This unit has microwave, washing machine and also the cutleries and some basic ingredients provided in the kitchen. Overall, it was a perfect and will come again in future.

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)
