Huge, sunny bedroom with queen bed, port-a-cot (if needed) and built in wardrobe with allocated space for your belongings. Also, combined lounge/dining with quality furniture and large screen TV. Lovely kitchenette with views to delightful, fully enclosed back yard. Tea, coffee and toast with cereal provided for breakfast. Private, sunny front court yard and own separate entrance. We are happy to share knowledge of the local area and amenities with you and invite you for a sunset drink on the upstairs balcony or leave you peacefully alone to discover the beauty of Port Stephens for yourselves. Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

Beautiful, cosy self contained Granny Flat nestled amongst the trees under our family home. We are approx. 15 minutes from Newcastle CBD & famous beaches. Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.
