Great location close to Clapham Common. We did not use the wet room, but the bath was fine. The stairs to the top room are very narrow. Paul warned us about construction and left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. We were not too bothered by it. We contacted Paul about the microwave, which wasn't working, and he replaced it within 24 hours. Generally a good experience.

Lovely house in a well located area for what we needed. Close to our son in Balham, close enough to walk along the river to Battersea and only a short uber into theatre land. Peaceful private courtyard garden with lovely plants. Well stocked cupboards- a real home from home.

Absolutely beautiful, loved every minute of our stay and a Katie couldn’t have been more lovely or helpful. Can’t wait for our return trip! X

Really lovely house in a great part of London. Julie's house is just perfect. Stylishly decorated and super comfortable. Great little outdoor space which caught the sun while we stayed there. A short walk to the river, lots of rowers on the water, bustling with people sitting out drinking coffee, music playing, great vibe. Close to pubs, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the tube and mainline stations. Just perfect! We'll be back for sure

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay. Anna was an amazing host. Anna was always available to answer any questions during our stay. A lovely home. Comfortable and clean . Nice little community . Walking distance to grocery, train and public transit.

Would absolutely recommend this place and would hopefully like to stay again in the future! The house is immaculate! Walkable distance to cute cafes (Sweet Carolina stood out for us) and markets. A bus ride away from the Thameslink! Really excellent and high standard finishes, quooker tap with sparkling water was a standout. The house also had a really peaceful feel to it and the downstairs blends outdoor indoor living which was super cool. Overall a really comfortable stay

A great get-a-way to London! This is a great, quiet spot within reach of public transit. A great place that is well kept and clean!

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Hugh and Sally are fantastic hosts – very attentive and responsive. The flat is lovely and has everything you need, including a washer-dryer, which was super convenient. It’s in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

This house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed at Battersea. It was very clean just like the pictures show. It had quite space for all of us easy to get in get out and also the subway underneath was very easy to access. Faisal was very helpful we would book again whenever we come to London thank you for everything.

We had a great stay at Emilia’s home in Greenwich. The location is excellent - close to everything and easy to get around. Just a heads-up: it's situated on the path of the London Fire Brigade, so you might hear sirens at night. Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper. That said, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Emilia was a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

We had 5 perfect days in London at Biancas. The flat is newly renovated, spotlessly clean and exactly as described. We were particularly pleased about the coffee machine with capsules. The location is very well connected, with breakfast options nearby. Bianca was always available, friendly and helpful - electricity adapter, thinner blanket and even did the washing when the machine broke down (a new one has been ordered). Quietly located on the top floor, accessible via a shared staircase. You are completely independent and have everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, everything furnished with love. Check-in/check-out went smoothly. A highlight: Brian the dog - totally cute! We would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to explore London and doesn't have a problem with a few steps. We had a lovely time at this flat. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk to the tube, making it super convenient to explore the city and the area itself is great as well! We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great host and a great home! We enjoyed our stay at Hannah's place. Walking distance to the tube and shopping nearby. Airbnb was quiet with a little street noise usually during the day. Underground cover parking garage was a huge bonus for us! We would definitely stay again!

This place was exceptional! I stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The apartment came with everything you would need and was spotless. The building is well designed and felt very safe. The location is great, very central, close to shops, restaurants and the tube. Darran was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and proactive. Checking in and out was super easy. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely look to stay again!
