Ms. Suzi was very responsive to all my questions before booking and check-in, which made the whole process smooth and easy. My friend and I arrived a bit earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The location is a bit remote, but it’s very peaceful—perfect if you’re looking to relax and unwind. Just be sure to bring all the essentials you’ll need for your stay. The house comfortably sleeps 16 people, and it was just the right size for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the rooms were cool and comfortable—great for a good night’s rest. We were well-assisted throughout our stay, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The Place is great, very private and space is good enough for our group.

We booked this place 12 hours before check-in, around 12 to 12:30 am because my family all agreed to go. We arrived around 2pm which is 2 hours later than our checkin time and the place is not yet ready. They let us extend our checkout time the following day since there are no bookings after us, probably because it’s a Monday. The place is near public market and stores so you can buy anything you need. The booking was spontaneous but our stay was so good! Thank you so much po! 🤍

Ms Romalie was a hospitable host, very responsive and nice. Her place is a cozy and a relaxing escape, perfect for unwinding away from the city and disconnecting from screens. Peaceful setting, comfortable space.. just what we needed to recharge.

Rowena was incredibly accommodating. she assisted us with all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. the locals in the area were also very welcoming, which made us feel at peace. it was an amazing experience, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busier parts of town. if given the chance, we’d definitely love to come back! 😊

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms are hotel- like and were beautifully designed. The furnitures are modern and well-kept. It is a kid-friendly place with all the modern amenities that the kids and kids at heart will love. The game room is certainly what the kids would want to go back to. The furniture layout is perfect and is one that encourages bonding. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

Our second stay here at Pinky’s and there will definitely be a third time. Great house , easy to find, super clean, and Patricia is an excellent communicator. The aircons work great, shower is hot, and has all the extras you could possibly need. Patricia is awesome. When the internet went out for a short while she offered to reimburse us for our personal data, not necessary, but an awesome to offer. This is our “ go to “ place when we visit Antipolo!

We stayed at Monique’s place and found the area very serene and picturesque. Can be quite a chore to find as it was quite remote but Monique is very responsive and was able to help us, you just need to drop her a message! The place is fantastic, though looks a bit tired in some aspects, which won’t affect your stay in my opinion. The caretakers are also on hand to help 24/7. The area is really stunning and peaceful, the remoteness adds for perfect relaxation time with family.

I had a very comfortable stay at Shum's Transient Place. The room is very nice. It's huge! And the bathroom is very nice too. The location is very accessible and near establishments.

Still the best place to stay in Mauban. We were lucky enough to book this upper floor after our check-in with Arvin's other listing. Would recommend Arvin to other travelers.

Sherelene is easy to contact or to connect very friendly. The place is great to stay. Leo the care taker helps and assisted us whenever we need something. Safe and easy to get around. Near the mall and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommended..I will surely come back..

We generally had a pleasant 2-day stay. The place is a compact space, similar to a typical apartment, and is ideal for an overnight stay. Its location is convenient and easily accessible by tricycle. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. The host was proactive and responsive. When we pointed out some missing items based on the listing photos, they promptly provided a speaker and additional toiletries. We also shared a concern about the TV sound, which was a bit muffled, but this was immediately resolved when they offered a speaker. We appreciate their effort to address our concerns, though we recommend updating the listing to reflect what’s currently available, as this can influence guests’ booking decisions. The host also offered us the option to cancel the booking if expectations weren’t met. However, we didn’t ask for this and simply wanted to rest after a long trip, so it felt a bit unnecessary. Hi my check-in at urban rentals has been wonderful. Kahit late night na kami nakapag check in very responsive sila to assist us and reply to our queries. Very comfy din yung place and clean. Perfect for couple. We booked them since sila yung medyo malapit sa wedding venue na attendan namin and the good thing is may parking area sila na gated which is panatag kami ng partner ko. Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️
