We had a great experience in the apartment! The place is spacious, close to markets and bus stops, and the kitchen is well equipped. Rogério and Fátima were very attentive, they respond very quickly and made the experience even better!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, in front of Boa Viagem beach. It was all very clean and organized. The kitchen is well equipped. Vilma is an excellent host! I highly recommend.

My only suggestion is for air conditioning in the living room and in the smaller bedroom, but everything is perfect and I intend to return without a doubt.

I was very pleased, a super cozy apartment, very organized and clean. Tiago was very attentive since the reservation, and also personally when we found him. About the condo restaurant, breakfast and very good lunch too. The mini market is a great complement to when we forget those utilitarian items. It sure would go more often!

we were in Brazill for 4-1/2 months and this was, without doubt, the nicest apartment that we rented. Good neighborhood, big and spacious living area, good beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful and huge TV. The photos don't do it justice. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent! Having a supermarket in front of the building was very practical. There are several bakeries and the beach is a short walk away, as well as a shopping mall nearby, which was great. The only observation is that the entrance to the building is a little hidden.

The apartment is located in an excellent neighborhood, quiet and with easy access to everything. There are restaurants next door, as well as markets and cafes nearby, which made the stay very practical and pleasant. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay, always available to help with whatever was needed. We had very easy and fast communication, which gave us a lot of security. I recommend for sure and would host again!

A great rooftop structure, quite complete with beer, electric barbecue and more. Excellent location, everything close, the host did not give tips of places in the surroundings where to go, the check in was very smooth and staff of the building very polite. A great option !
