The Flat is well located, has a nice space, with furniture and utensils for everyday life...in front of the park...the neighborhood has a bakery, restaurants, pharmacies, gym...in short, very comfortable to stay. I recommend✨

Great place. Flat is true to the listing. Well-equipped, super ventilated, including air conditioner that I didn't think I had. Communication with Marta was great and Mrs. Rosa, Marta's mother who received us, is a super friendly lady and she did not miss anything at all. The apartment is very comfortable for families and the kids loved the pool. I highly recommend the space. My family and I were very pleased with the experience. Thanks, Marta.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet, cozy and very clean. The reception was super nice! The girls who work on the site are very solitary and fun. The best of all is Dona Rosa, super friendly, charismatic and great to talk to, we had a lot of laughs. I definitely recommend this site for hosting. Only information mode the road to get to the site is not paved but nothing that prevents or hinders the arrival or departure of the site.

Everything is excellent, a clean place and close to everything. I will return again in August.

Silvana was very considerate and kind. The house was impeccable, very comfortable and well located. It is a cozy space and was very comfortable for a stay of four people. There were many things around and the concierge was always very attentive and proactive. Communication was always very easy and we received a very useful manual made by the owner, making all the rules and possibilities clear. I highly recommend it

Suely is very attentive and helpful. The apartment, although small, is well designed and divided so that you feel very comfortable! It has everything… coffee, sugar, spices and even shampoo and conditioner the hostess left… My wife used the space to work in Home Office and the internet works very well! The condominium is very clean and well maintained, except for 2 weekends when the elevator to access the penthouse and pool is blocked! Everything else was perfect! I recommend it!! Excellent apartment with great location, next to the mall and about 10 minutes to the beach for a good trip walking. It is close to markets, pharmacies and restaurants. Suely's service was excellent, welcoming me to the apartment and always available when needed. The apartment is a gem and is super complete for long stays. Very good internet, worked perfectly for remote work. The only point of improvement would be the inclusion of a blackout curtain due to the brightness.

Accommodation is the same as the photos advertised. The apartment was clean and has necessary items in the kitchen. The building is organized and safe, and the surroundings are also great for walking. It has a garage. Next to the building there is a grocery store, which made it easier to buy some items. Great location, close to the beach, close to the beach We only had one drawback, which was the lack of cooking gas in the building, but the hostess was not to blame. Besides that, the hosting was great.

Well located apartment, the photos were Identical to the property, but I make a reservation about the mattress that was not comfortable.

Elaine was super fast, helpful and attentive. The apartment was impeccable, clean, all organized and ready for us to receive! The location is great, we can get around very easily and very close by. Surely, on other occasions, I'll be back!
