Great place. Flat is true to the listing. Well-equipped, super ventilated, including air conditioner that I didn't think I had. Communication with Marta was great and Mrs. Rosa, Marta's mother who received us, is a super friendly lady and she did not miss anything at all. I and my family (5 people) stayed in the second week of August 2022 at Flat do Cândido, which perfectly served us with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and living room with the kitchen with the necessary utensils for a kitchen. The information and photos released reflect the apartment currently. Ancorar has an excellent leisure structure, in addition to 2 bars and convenience stores where we even find beach towels and extra bedding for rent. I recommend the space and if there is an opportunity, we will return to Flat.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet, cozy and very clean. The reception was super nice! The girls who work on the site are very solitary and fun. The best of all is Dona Rosa, super friendly, charismatic and great to talk to, we had a lot of laughs. I definitely recommend this site for hosting. Only information mode the road to get to the site is not paved but nothing that prevents or hinders the arrival or departure of the site.

The neighborhood is excellent and has a wide variety of restaurants, services and the beach is very good. The staff of the building are very attentive and helpful, as well as the Diogo who showed proactivity and attention throughout the process of the stay. Recife is wonderful and the accommodation contributed to making the experience in the city so cool. The swimming pool in several neighborhood buildings including this one was in "maintenance", coincidentally at a time with a large volume of tourists, such as the carnival. It is worth keeping an eye on this point and aligning expectations before booking.

There were many things around and the concierge was always very attentive and proactive. This is a lovely, modern studio in Boa Viagem. It is ideal for solo travellers and couples. There are local amenities and it is close to the beach. We really liked the rooftop area at the top of the building.

Excellent apartment and complex to spend an excellent vacation with family and friends! The apartment has everything you need for a magnificent stay. The only detail of the dpto is that there is no internet signal to the master bedroom so you can't take advantage of the TV of the same, but overall very good place

Suely is very attentive and helpful. The apartment, although small, is well designed and divided so that you feel very comfortable! It has everything… coffee, sugar, spices and even shampoo and conditioner the hostess left… My wife used the space to work in Home Office and the internet works very well! The condominium is very clean and well maintained, except for 2 weekends when the elevator to access the penthouse and pool is blocked! Everything else was perfect! I recommend it!! We booked this place thinking about the proximity of the Amoré festivities and it was great because you can really walk there calmly, it's very close. In addition, the space is on a less busy cul-de-sac (although safe), which provided us with a quieter and more comfortable environment to rest. Alan always responded quickly and helped us with everything. The co-host was also wonderful and helped us! We loved it and recommend the place 🩵

The stay with Mr. Carlos at his Airbnb was great, providential and met my needs: easy access, good choice for transportation. It is a very practical kitnet for one person, with good comfort and quality furniture. Mr. Carlos is very attentive and helpful, he takes care of his place! Note: I loved the Cooktop!
