Holiday rentals with a patio in Red Hook

Verena's Holiday Haven was newly remodeled and very clean. We appreciated all of the beach supplies and the great location. It was just steps from the beach. Gaven was good at communicating details with us, and check-in was very straightforward.

I can't say enough about this space. The room was spacious and clean. Nice sized bathroom. It is a very peaceful area and just a few steps away from the beach. We enjoyed snorkeling and some night kayaking. We also enjoyed some relaxing time by the pool. There are two great restaurants with views of the beach on location, and you are walking distance to additional restaurants at the Ritz Carlton. I loved the nightly walks on the beach after dining. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I loved that I could bring my 5lbs chihuahua and everyone was so sweet to her. We were a 5 min taxi ride away from Red Hook where we enjoyed some shopping additional dining, nightlife and a ferry to St. Johns. Jennifer was super responsive and very clear with instructions and things to do. I recommend this location to anyone that want to be away from the noise and want to embrace the tranquility and the beauty that is St. Thomas.

The place was brilliant, with a great view. We really enjoyed out stay. The transportation to and from the room was enjoyable due to the golf carts driving around to pick us up and drop us off inside the resort. Make sure to tip the drivers, as they work really hard. We used the hilltop pool a lot and it had a great view, the water was a little chilly even during the afternoon, but it's a tropical pool, so who needs a heated pool. We ate at the in-house restaurant and the food was amazing (try carribean egg roles and the shrimp tacos). They had a beach in their property, but no one seemed to use it due to Coki beach being so near (walking distance) with crystal blue waters, so don't waste time on the beach inside the property, please visit Coki beach (party vibe), Magens Bay (lots of old people from the cruises) and Lindquist beach (more private).

My stay was lovely! A very utilitarian home base to venture out from and explore the lovely island. Hosts were very responsive and kind!

Brett’s place was the most stunning and perfect place to spend a week away. Everything was exactly as described, with very homey vibes. Stocked with everything you could need. Was able to make breakfast and eat on the deck, while also seeing some dolphins in the distance by using some binoculars. There were board games in the living room as well. Was very secluded and a great place where my new wife and I spent more time than we thought we were going to. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again if we decide to take another trip to the island.

We had an awesome time staying here. The place it's self was very roomy. Providing 3 beds & I saw an air mattress in the closet. We loved all the extra amenities. Everything described in listing was provided. They were quick to respond when messaged. which is great when you're in foreign environment & need help fast. I enjoyed staying in this area. Glad we chose it over Charlotte Amalie. We didn't use the pool but we were situated very close to it. So that's nice. The restaurant closeby was reasonable. Food was good. We didn't use the laundry so can't attest to that. Tvs had screen mirroring. Which we used. Ceiling fans were great as AC usually made it cold fast. Coming in & out the unit was a breeze with lock code. Very close to St John's ferry. We spent the day there visiting. Trunk Bay beach is a must! I would stay with them again if I went back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sapphire House. Condo was just the right size for the two of us and close to the beach and restaurants. Dawn was great to communicate with and always available. Our thanks to her for making this a great vacation.

We loved our time here. We especially enjoyed the pool and the awesome view!

This place is amazing, the views are to die for. It was clean and quiet. Neighbors quiet as well. Parking spot a little tight but I found that going past and turning around much easier to pull into. Beds were comfy and my husband could not stop talking about the beautiful shower and how much he loved the rain shower facet. Andy is super quick to respond to every message and help out with anything you ask. We will definitely come back to this wonderful paradise cottage. Thanks for a great vacation get away.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. This was my first time visiting St. Thomas, and having such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay truly made all the difference — and this place was perfect. Emily is amazing - I accidentally left my iPad behind, and sending it back to me. Thank you so much!

Crystal Cove at Sapphire Beach (Julie's place) was amazing! The beach was right out front! Lots of live music daily and gorgeous water! My boys ages 14 and 16 rented seabobs right there by the condo! Jet ski rentals were in walking distance. The ferry to St John was a mile taxi into Redhook Marina and a 20 minute ferry ride! Highly recommend Trunk Bay over at St John! GORGEOUS!!! Everything was so convenient. Sea Salt was our favorite restaurant which was right by the condo. We had brunch and dinner there. If you take taxi into Redhook Marina, I highly suggest eating at The Easterly! We would love to come back. Such a great experience! -The Martens Family

Stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved every second. Location is beautiful, view is priceless and even better than in the photos. Danielle is a great person , drove me and my fiance up the long hill when we were already running a little late after checking out which she didn’t have to do at all. Overall had an amazing experience , only thing I will say is make sure you rent a car or else it will be a lot more difficult for you to get around and see places , area is perfect for a nice romantic getaway but make sure u have a car because transportation/taxis don’t like to come down to pick you up at this location and they’re also much more expensive. Check in was easy and the Mgr Jerscilla provided recommendations with airport transfers, jeep rental, and excursions. She greeted us and walked us through the layout and use of modern electronics of the villa. It was stocked with snacks, coffee, water, paper towels, seasoning, and basic condiments that were very appreciated. Those items add up when you need to buy a few things from local grocery stores. The villa set up has the courtyard in the center with pool, games, outdoor dining, outdoor bar, TV lounge area, and Sonos speakers. I have these at my home. Kitchen, dining and living on one side with bedrooms and bathrooms on the other. We really liked the bidets and quality TP! A perfect set up for privacy that was gated. We will go back and will stay here again if it’s available.

Our stay at this property was excellent. The views were remarkable, the house was well-equipped (including a generator), and the location was convenient to Red Hook and the East End. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping were easily accessible. The photographs accurately depicted the premises. Host Randall and his staff were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our week here and hope to stay at this home again.

100% recommend! Michael & Jenny were super helpful, responsive, and wonderful hospitality. From the scenery, to the cleanliness, and all of the extra accommodations/amenities - there is nothing else we could have possibly asked for to make the trip any better. Can’t wait to return for the breathtaking views!

Nice little condo on the water, with great views!

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

I know there are lots of great reviews of this rental by others, but I'm adding to it. We spent a week in May 2025 and wow, LOVED IT! I got up earlier and earlier every day until the last day I was up 30 minutes before sunrise (5.20am), just so I can enjoy spending 2 hrs on the deck with my coffee watching the sun come up! We took naps daily (it's vacation!) and I could see the ocean from my bed. We cooked about half our meals, and we had EVERYTHING we needed for that. So easy to pop down around the corner and walk to the pool or beach. Great beach Too! no crowds, good views! When we booked, I didn't give a lot of thought to the location, after visiting, you WANT to be near Redhook. Everything you need and want, and just a short 8 minute drive from the condo. The home is also stocked with all the beach toys you need, look in all the closets and find canopies, chairs, totes, etc. We would 100% stay here again.

This was my first time in St. Thomas. Xavier was very helpful with places to go and just things we needed to know about the island. I can’t wait to book with her again. The place was nice and cozy. The grounds were very nice and had amazing views. Check in was easy. We had all the things we need to cook breakfast each morning of our stay. I would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay for my birthday. The views are amazing!!! It was very clean, everything we needed for the beach was provided (chairs, towels, cooler) Great restaurants nearby and the ferry to St John is very close. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sapphire Sanctuary! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning views. The condo was exactly as described: clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Corey and Kim were wonderful hosts—so kind, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Clean condo in a great area, close to ferry if you want to go to St. John. Richard and Cathy are great host, got back to us with any questions we had immediately. If you do not have a car there are a few restaurants on site and a nice beach. Would definitely stay here again.

David was an awesome host/owner. He always checked in via email so he didn't interrupt anything and always wanted to ensure the stay was going as planned or better. Communication process was solid, consistent and responsive. Thanks David for a wonderful stay.
