Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

What a treasure - we got to live like royalty for 5 days! A house a few blocks from the beach, a gorgeous home with breathtaking views, a friendly community with lots of local vibe and charm, and great places to eat and shop. We couldn’t have enjoyed this stay more. Thank you so much for letting us share your delightful home! Great kitchen and laundry, comfy beds, luxurious bathrooms, and everything we needed for the beach. Fell asleep to the waves crashing at night. Amazing!

Mary is a great host. My family and I wanted to check in a bit early due to a graduation we were attending. She allowed us to check in an hour early even though it wasn’t necessary. Mary is also great at communicating if you need to get a hold of her. Will definitely be booking here if I’m in the Los Angeles area.

We had a great time at Seans place! We enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, the comfy bed, the nice bathroom and cosy living room. The backyard was a great add-on!! It was super cute with the lights and great for a barbeque. We were also super happy about the beach Equipment and the steamer for our clothes. Sean was very helpful and always easy to reach. We definitely recommend his place!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. The backyard is gorgeous, the layout makes every bedroom quiet, the living room is cozy. The host is super responsive and flexible. We loved it!

A great place to stay! Nicole and her team do a very good job! Your flexibility is impressive and has helped us a lot! Brilliant! We also always had great communication. Thanks for that. It should be noted that the house only has a narrow bathroom (clearly communicated). That wasn't an issue for us, though. For larger groups, this could lead to a slightly longer wait. The kids loved the house!

Loved this home away from home! Beautiful, serene, private with everything that we could possibly need! Perfect for hanging with our family who moved in nearby! Even a visiting peacock! Loved our stay.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This was our 1st Airbnb and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was so nice and felt home-y. The host was so nice and responsive to all my questions during our stay. We hope to stay longer next year

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Humberto's place. He provided clear instructions for us prior to arrival so we had no issues finding the place and let us know where to park. Do not let the outside deter you. It is really beautiful inside and very cozy. It isn't the biggest place if you are traveling with a large family but for us of 4 it was just enough space and my son felt right at home. It had a kitchen to cook, which we didn't use but it was a nice feature. This place is also close distance to sofi. I actually stayed at a hotel down the street, when if I had known of this spot prior I would have booked this spot instead. Thank you for being so nice and responsive.

Second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Great views and easy location. There is construction next door but if you are up at a normal time, it is not a big deal.

This was truly one of the best vacation homes I’ve ever stayed at. The house was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and offered complete privacy. The host was outstanding, always prompt and attentive to our needs. The backyard was absolutely stunning—watching the hummingbirds sip from the water fountain in the early morning was an unforgettable highlight. I can’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing getaway!

Cozy spot to rest and relax for a weekend. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The small kitchen area was well stocked with essentials. You can hear some noise through the walls but it didn't bother us. We also enjoyed seeing the backyard friendly bunny :)

Everything was perfectly fine We had some issue with the cleaning, but the host sorted it out We absolutely understand, It’s not the hosts fault. The only word I can say to describe Jim’s place is amazing. It really is. What an absolute privilege to stay in such a beautiful apartment on such a beautiful beach. The apartment had everything we needed and more, Jim was absolutely razor sharp responsive and when he nipped over to see us for an hour he left us feeling like we’d made a friend! What a great guy. Thank you, Jim. We’ll definitely be back.

This was such a cozy place to be. I’m a traveling nurse and always look for places that look safe, clean and have reviews that align with my desire to feel at home because I’m always traveling. This place did exactly that! Brodie was responsive and helpful! I will stay here again and again if I have jobs in the PV area! The beach, great restaurants, a laundry mat and shops are all within walking distance! The kitchen and bathroom have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and the place was squeaky clean!
