The landscape that we can see from the property, as well as the privacy and tranquility, allow total relaxation and "disconnection" from everyday life. The villa, all in stone, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a multifunctional space - living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are connected to the porch, where meals taste special. In front, we see Alvão and on the left the imposing Monte Farinha - Senhora da Graça. Outside, we have a saltwater pool, a support bathroom, a barbecue area and an oven. The place is very pleasant for those who favor the tranquility of the countryside and contact with nature.

Enjoy a relaxing soak in the outdoor stone bath beneath the trees, with bath pillows provided for extra coziness. The unique pool, framed by magnificent trees, offers breathtaking views of the Douro Valley. Embrace the romance at Javalina with heartfelt conversations, a good book or a game night over a cup of tea, all in our snug, inviting interior.

Cascata Studio

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

With panoramic windows that give the environment a sense of spaciousness, they allow natural light to enter and offer stunning views. Foal Retreat

Refúgio das Poldras is located in Vilar de Viando, right on the banks of the Cabril River, one of the cleanest rivers in the region. Excellent for bathing, swimming, or simply walking along more than 2 km of the Cabril River. It is located about 2 km from the center of the village if you want to walk along the Roman road. The bungalow features a double bed with a unique view of the river, a kitchenette for light meals, a bathroom with shower, and a suspended deck.
