We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great accommodation, spacious and very comfortable inside, fantastic garden. Santiago gave us all the facilities in the world so that we could feel at home. Thank you very much for all the attention you have given us.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. 12 of us stayed with Mari Luz and had a great time. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home for the 4 nights we were there. At first I was worried that we might disturb Mari Luz but we didn't receive any complaints despite 1 or 2 late nights drinking around the dinner table. Also I'm extremely glad we stayed in Castro Urdiales instead of Bilbao since Castro was a much more relaxing and hospitable place and Bilbao was only a 30 min bus away anyway.

A great stay. The house is in very good condition, it has a huge and very nice patio. It also has bicycles to do some route around the villages, which has beautiful views and a river very close. A place to stay again!!!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

We had an amazing time! Thanks a lot for the owners that guided us to the house to show the route, brought us local cakes and were very helpful with the suggestions of places to visit. We had a very pleasant few days at Conchi's house!! The cottage is right next to the beach, an incredible location!!!Conchi is very kind and super nice. I recommend it 100%!! We'll be back

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and all top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very kind and attentive and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

Cozy apartment, bright, impeccable and very well located, on a quiet street. Very close to the beach and restaurant area. A very pleasant stay, we will repeat!!

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! We are three adults with a dog. Enclosed property, the owner himself has a small (well-tolerated) dog, you can tell. Dog blanket on couch and dog bed available, Apartment very clean, tastefully furnished, everything works, wonderful well-kept garden with beautiful hedge as a privacy screen to the street, good grill, 2 good garden loungers, parasol, dining area, additionally breathtaking view from the balcony over the village into the countryside, the best beds (mattresses) I have had in a vacation apartment in years, complete peace at night, The town of Somo does not offer much, but Santander is very nice to reach via a small ferry, The beach is huge, finest sand, is cleaned, bathing area monitored, dogs (although prohibited on the beach during the day) were tolerated in June, crystal clear water The beach is within walking distance, about 15 minutes, and can be reached via various paths through a pine grove. it was wonderful - thank you Jesus!!

The best cottage that has been so far. The house is beautiful and cozy, and the surroundings are beautiful. It's very peaceful and calm. It is in the middle of the mountain with houses nearby but you hide by the trees which gives you a lot of privacy. Esther was always attentive and was very quick to answer any questions or queries. The house is equipped with everything you need to live there. I also had several board games, cards etc . I definitely recommend it 100% and hopefully I can come back some day.

Spacious, charming, and impeccably located. We truly felt at home, rather than on the road, during our stay. You can’t ask for a better vantage point to explore both sides of the river. We loved the natural light and fresh air from the balconies, the only downside was the road noise from the buses and the mosquitos that flew in. We were grateful for a small washing machine and drying rack. Would gladly return!

A home made with a lot of touch, you can see that it's designed by an architect. The living room is very spacious, the rooms enough for the 6 we were (in fact we would enter 8). Perfect home for both families and friends and both Rosa and her husband have been in touch in case we need anything. We promise to get the pellets on next time. We will be back!
