The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

It was an impeccable stay for me. Everything was on point, the location, apartments, nature, cleanliness, response from the team, (snacks basket)and so on. The pool made the place even better. Go for it guys. Overall 9/10. :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place . We were here with our infant and the place was clean with well equipped kitchen. The surrounding is full of greenery and was very peaceful. Felt like living in nature’s nest!

Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Check in process was smooth. Has all the necessary amenities. Vikrant is very friendly host always available on call. The TV is really good. Location is bit away from main areas. Overall it was a great stay without any issues.

Amazing Stay in Goa! I had a fantastic 4-day stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The host Shikar was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was perfect—close to the beach, cafes, and nightlife, but still peaceful enough to relax. The amenities were excellent, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully-equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the cozy balcony/garden area, pool to unwind after a day of exploring. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa. It truly felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to coming back!

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

Amazing place with one of the most amazing hosts. Indronil was great, always helpful at times even out of his way to help us. Loved it

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.
