Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old croft that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is located undisturbed by Sævareidsfjorden with road all the way up. Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

This special place is idyllically located near the lake and beach. The apartment is located on the top floor with entrance from the parking lot for several cars. The living room has a high ceiling and large windows that provide plenty of light in the apartment. Nice view of Bjørnefjorden. Waterborne heating in all floors. This charming old villa is situated at a beautiful small farm with a farmhouse, a ceramic studio with a woodkiln, and a family home . The farm is overlooking the fjord and glacier and the view is absolutely stunning. Ideal for families! Away from traffic we have a lovely atmosphere with animals, fruit trees, swings, and a lot of space. You find great hiking right off the doorstep. The grocery store is a 10 minute walk away, the marina as well. We can help organise renting a boat for fishing.
