Near lots of wineries, restaurants and 2 miles from Tanger outlet mall shopping & top 5 rated Splish Splash Water Park. .Adjacent to the Peconic River for canoeing, kayaking, fishing or birding. The quiet winding country roads on either side of the river are a favorite destination for walking/joggers, biking and motorcycle touring. Riverhead town is a great central location and an easy drive to bay and ocean beaches. The area is still very much a rural farming area and a foodies delight with many pick your own fields,farmers markets, farm stands, wineries, horse, buffalo, and goat farms and even a potato vodka distillery and tasting room! We have an awesome Aquarium in town and our newly reopened Suffolk Theater with nightly live music and shows. Riverhead has lots of inexpensive small cafe style eateries for those on a budget.

The place is cozy and comfortable with high ceiling and dark laminate wood floor including full bath with a tub and fully equipped kitchenette. A quiet and private suite with private entrance. Charcoal BBQ-grille, outdoor swing, lots of trees and grass Near beach, Wildlife refuge and hiking paths. A 5-minute drive to a Chinese restaurant and a sushi place, Chipotle, an excellent Chicken hotspot and food markets.

We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

This is a beautiful basement apartment with windows and great lighting. It is all tiled and very, very clean. The living room, kitchen and dining area are very comfortable. I stayed with a friend for 9 days. We each had our own bedroom. Bathroom was immaculate. This home is new and very clean which is so important to me in an airbnb. We had a few issues that were addressed immediately. Margarita and Gustavo could not have been more accomodating! They were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I believe they will absoutlely become super hosts in near future. The property is beautiful and peaceful! Great access to Hamptons and local south shore areas. Lovely place!

We absolutely loved our stay at C & S – it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were especially touched by the thoughtful toy corner they set up for our 2-year-old daughter—she walked in and exclaimed, “Wow, this is so amazing!” It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you so much for hosting us—we’d love to return if we’re ever in the area again!

This property was perfect for our needs. We briefly enjoyed the little patio, with view of garden, horses and birds, as well as close proximity to great, casual dining on Friday evening. Everything was in order, clean and well explained. The gated drive and parking was appreciated, as that side of Montauk Hwy is a little rough and our comings and goings were pretty obvious. Again, the little cottage was perfect for our needs on this wedding venue weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this West Hampton property! The home was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The huge backyard was a standout feature—meticulously landscaped with an amazing pool, and remarkably, it was completely mosquito-free! Ben was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. We loved the privacy and tranquility of the setting. Steven and Alejandra were fantastic hosts—responsive, welcoming, and providing clear, easy instructions. The house was spotless, warm, and incredibly comfortable for a few days away from NYC. The massive, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for hosting, and with multiple workstations, I found it to be a very productive space. The house is just off the main street, the neighborhood is peaceful, with families and pets strolling around. It’s a great alternative to the Hamptons in my experience—more relaxed, easier to get to, but with the same great food options and benefits. The house is also close to running paths and trails, with the water just a short drive away. Grocery stores and town are less than five minutes away, though it's best to have a car or take Ubers (which are much cheaper than in the Hamptons). I’m already looking forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the pool and beautiful outdoor space!
