Apartment for rent in a house that was new in 2014. Lovely surroundings, close to the sea. 750 meters to the bus stop (just outside during the day), 550 meters to Sokn camping with kiosk and restaurant Thursday - Sunday. 1.6 km to grocery store, pizza sale, ice kiosk and thai-takeaway. Playground in the neighborhood and trampoline in the garden. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a 1.20 bed. Sokn is an island connected to the Mainland with underwater tunnel. About 20 minutes drive to Stavanger city center.

Newly renovated farmhouse on Auste Åmøy in Ryfylke, approx 25 minutes drive north of Stavanger. Here you can relax and go for walks in rural and scenic surroundings. On the way down to a nice swimming area you can see and explore Southwest Norway's largest concentration of rock carving fields. Sheep and lamb can be experienced from close proximity. Åmøy is also a good starting point if you want to visit famous places such as Utstein Kloster, Prekestolen, Sola beaches, Ørnhaug visiting farm or Kongeparken.

Naustet er svært smakfullt innredet, og ligger nydelig til rett ved kaien. God kommunikasjon gjør det enkelt å komme til/fra Stavanger og attraksjoner i regionen. Naustet har to brygger og en liten båt, samt supre tur-, bade -og fiskemuligheter. Det ligger sørvest-vendt som betyr mange fine solnedganger. Vi i ferd med å utvikle et koselig og sjarmerende lite sted med bryggeri, kafe og butikk. Du kan bestille ferske varer til frokost, lunsj og middag - alt som serveres og selges er laget her.

Lovely cabin at the sea at Sokn,Stavanger

Great little summer cottage with enclosed conservatory, closest to the edge of the sea at Sokn Camping. Lovely view of the fjord, 180 degrees. The cabin was finished building in 2022. There is a large jumping pillow,soccer field,volleyball court,playground,kiosk and restaurant with all rights. Only a short drive of 15 -20 min into stavanger and 50 min to Kongeparken. 55 minutes to Pulpit Rock parking. Guests can rent a canoe and kayak at the campsite. The campsite's quiet time:23-07

It is situated close to beautiful beaches, family-friendly activities such as swimming, beach volleyball, fishing, and not least fantastic hiking opportunities in the fields and mountains. We have kayaks that can be borrowed for free. Hammock and a fire pit. It is close to public transportation and a shop. The climbing park "High and low" is 5 min by car or bus. Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.
