Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Reno County

As a native of Hutchinson it was good to see that these owners take pride in the house. Very nice cut grass appearance of the home was very nice. Inside was beautifully done and felt very easy to feel at home . It was quiet and very nice furnishings throughout the whole place. Clean inside and out we will keep this as a favorite and re stay if ever our dates line up.

This was our second stay. We enjoy our time and feel at home here. Everything we need is provided and we always have a nice walk through the quiet little town. My only suggestion is to keep your eyes out for the neighbor's dogs across the street if you go out for a walk. That being said, we will still not hesitate to come back.

We were blessed with wonderful host and hostess and a large, well stocked and clean loft apartment. Fresh hot pastries were delivered to our door each day. So yummy! We were a large group of 12 and there was plenty of room in the living and dining room. Plenty of towels and linens for a large group. This is a rural location with a very nice disc golf course on site. Beware that the loft is above a large workshop and has stairs, which could be an issue for older people and young children.

This home is tucked away in a quiet setting out in the country. It is private and extremely well maintained. Both the interior & exterior are meticulously kept with no clutter or personal keepsake items in the renters private personal space, which is a Huge draw for us. (nothing to work around). The exterior offers a large yard space for children to run & play, and is free of unnecessary yard ornaments, giving it a clean well kept look overall. We loved sitting on the front or back porch and listening to all the birds singing, at any time of day. The interior space is spacious and has all your needed essentials to stay within this immaculately kept home. (Note - this home is on a dirt road) *Our only disappointment was just one television on site & having it located on the lower level. This is a very spacious home with lots of sofas and room to spread out. It is an updated clean space that is very inviting. The location was very easy to get to and on a main paved road that makes it easy to get to the heart of Hutchinson. We would definitely recommend this home.

I don’t know where to begin! This was my first time ever in Kansas and staying at Victoria’s adorable house made my trip that much more incredible! I have never met a more caring and loving family and I was welcomed with open arms! I enjoyed everything about it and even the special treats like the fresh eggs and flowers! Victoria and her mom and the family are absolutely wonderful human beings! I really can’t say enough about them and the time I had there-it was magical! There is lots to do here and so many community events! This city cares about their people and that’s something you don’t see a lot. If you are thinking of visiting Kansas this is definitely a place you’ll want to be-take my word for it as I lived in a lot of places! Your heart and soul will be so full! Oh and can’t forget the amazing sunrise and sunsets! Yes you can see them in full force here!! If I could give Victoria’s place 10 stars I would cause that’s what she deserves!! ;-)

Super convenient for us to get back and forth from Yoder. My partner has left the Amish and it was good for him to see his parents. #permanentrumspringa

We felt right at home. The owners were welcoming and helpful. Very beautiful, peaceful property.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The outside of the building leaves a lot to be desired. My hope is someone is going to remodel as it is a cool, older building. Rafael has done a great job of remodeling his space. It was very clean, very unique, and overall very comfortable. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I'd definitely book again when I come back. Also Rafael gave specific check-in instructions with pictures which helped a ton. 5 stars!

James and Heidi had a very nice apartment with all the amenities and necessary linens for a short or extended stay! I am a traveling healthcare worker, so this is exactly what I needed. There are train tracks a couple blocks from the apartment that actively have trains passing on them at all hours of the day and night, so if you aren’t a heavy sleeper this might be an issue. There is also no table or chairs to eat on, so just I sat on the couch or stood at the counter while I ate. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and James and Heidi were very quick to respond to any questions or needs I had!

Apartment was as advertised and I would stay again

we felt safe, beds were very comfortable, only wish there had been a TV in the bedroom. it was a quaint little place and quiet. we will stay there again.

Perfect place! Everything was wonderful and Kelly Anne was a great host. Felt right at home, easy to find, great location, and very clean. No reason to look any further, I will always try to stay at Kelly Anne’s place.

Great and comfortable place to stay, especially when traveling. Easily beats a hotel!
