Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Nice tiled stoves warm up nicely and the kitchen is large and spacious The farm is surrounded by beautiful nature, lake view with proximity to comfortable forest walks with marked trails and sandy beach for swimming. The house is located close to the towns of Falun and Borlänge.

I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

Ösjöhus

The cottage is of course called Ösjöhus because it has the farm's best view of the part of Runn called Ösjön. This house was from the beginning only a simple guest cabin with two beds. It was transformed in 2008, under the direction of the architect's son, into a completely complete cottage with bedroom, combined kitchen and living room, toilet with sink as well as an outdoor shower with brilliant views of the lake. Access to a boat and jetty. A simple but delicious home for two people.

Relax in this quiet, cozy home in gorgeous Vassbo located in the middle of Falun and Borlänge. Here you can easily jump into the water in the swimming area that is 100 meters away or why not skate in winter. Ski you can go both length and perform nearby, why not take a trip to Romme alpine over the day! Just behind the property there is an apple grove with over 100 apple varieties. The house is built next to beautiful Vassboherrgård and is a perfect accommodation all year round.

Sauna and own pier located next to the house. Read in the hammock, or pack your quick lunch and go canoeing/trekking. Later on come back for a steamy hot sauna and prepare your dinner on an open fire.
