This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

The cabin dream - with its own sauna

Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after hiking in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is the possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door, there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. It is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

This newly built accommodation is located at Sälfjällstorget/Olarsgården with walking distance to the ski lift in Lindvallen (about 8-10 minutes). The property has lovely living areas. Kitchen and living room are open plan and have high ceilings. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy factor. 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds. Two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and sauna in one. Ski storage with good storage and ski boot heaters. Here you have all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing/drying machine and drying cabinet. Perfect accommodation for large groups.

Newly built mountain cabin (2024) located in scenic Gräsheden's Vildmarksby. Approximately 10 minutes to Stöten ski resort, approximately 25 minutes to Sälenfjällens facilities and approximately 40 minutes to Trysil. Next to the cabin, there are cross-country ski trails 3 and 8 km and snowmobile trails. In summer, there are nice hiking trails around the area and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500 m to Görälven for fishing, 25 min to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bike trails. There are also several swimming areas within a few km distance. Sauna!

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Welcome to our cozy mountain cabin in Södra Fjällvyn. The cottage is beautifully located in quiet nature and despite the nice feeling of an undisturbed location, you are only 5 minutes away from Lindvallen's center with everything from ski slopes and adventure pools to shops and restaurants. Gubbmyren's cross-country ski track is only 100 meters from the house with loops of 5, 7 and 10 km. The cottage with nice mountain architecture is perfect for those of you looking for a comfortable accommodation with room for the larger company.

Newly built ground apartment in fantastic Lindvallen, Fjällbäcken. Perfect location both for summer and winter activities. The nearest lift is newly renovated Söderåsen Express with heat and wind protection that takes you directly to the top. The apartment has Wi-Fi and Telia TV with several channels Please bring your own bed linen. Duvets and pillows are available. Cleaning is not included, can be booked with extra charge. During the winter we prefer to see Tor-Sun all Sun-Sun reservations.

Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Buiten vind je een groot terras met comfortabel meubilair en houtkachel, een grasveld, een sauna en een authentieke Scandinavische grillhut met open vuur en warme rendierhuiden. Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen, te koken en te eten. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo het bos in of naar schilderachtige zwem- en vismeertjes. Wintersport volop in de winter!
