Casa D Alcafaz is located on a slope of Serra do Caramulo, 15 minutes from the city of Águeda and 45 minutes from Aveiro. Águeda is known for its “umbrella sky project” program that takes place during Agitágueda, July and other activities throughout the year. There are river beaches, Alfusqueiro, Redonda and Bolfiar 8 km away. In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

The 'Adobe House' is a traditional building of the Aveiro District, and is located in a small village near Oliveira do Bairro, in the centre of Portugal, at 25km from the coast line, near Aveiro, Vista Alegre, Águeda and Coimbra. The surrounding areas include the Atlantic, river beaches, fields, forests, the Pateira lagoon, Curia Thermal spa, the national velodrome of Anadia amongst other places. The region is well known for its wines and its gatronomy and is ideal to relax or work.

Casa da Salgada in the village of Fermentelos, more precisely in the street of Salgada that begins near the house and ends a few meters lower on the shore of the lagoon of Pateira. We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
