Chalet with 40m2, in the best location of Maringá, Visconde de Mauá, with hydro casal, fireplace, garden, parking and Wi-Fi. Immersed in greenery, surrounded by birds and lulled by the sound of the Preto River, which is at the back of the property, the chalet is romantic, cozy and bright, combining tranquility and peace with the practicality of walking to downtown Maringá, where some of the best restaurants, shops and studios in the region are located. Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!
