Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Reservoir

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

The hosts were so responsive and helpful throughout our stay including dropping things off which was so kind. The interiors are really lovely, great art. It felt like home but cooler. Great location for public transport, restaurants, walks, shops. Can recommend staying here!

Booked in for 9 days. Tony was super freindly , very welcoming from the start and exstremly helpful through out the stay. House was lovely and clean , very close to shops. Highly recommend to all. Thank you tony and suzie for making it a great stay for my son ❤️

Thanks Rachel and Bianca for a great stay in your beautiful home. The house was the perfect size for the two of us and we loved the amenities - particularly the loft bed! a few bits and bobs that could have been better but was quite acceptable for what we paid for it. fit many people very well. we weren't standing on each other's toes. awesome host, Was very easy to communicate with and very informative. short and sweet and to the point.

Enjoyed our second stay at this apartment. it is very convenient to public transport and plenty of good options for eating out. a great spot.

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

Ray and Jean's apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. it's located near public transport, cafes and restaurants and interesting shops. If you want to stay in the heart of Brunswick, Ray and Jean's place is ideal.

Cathy's place was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable. She had taken the trouble is make sure we had what we needed for a stay of a few days. The location was great as it was close to shops, parks and public transport. Entry and access were easy and Cathy sent detailed information. I would definitely want to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. Slept well. Access to the city is easy. Good food places close by. Well worth checking in with Shaun and Lisa.

Joshua's place is brilliantly located. A short stroll to Northcote Bakeshop for coffee and pastries and Welcome to Thornbury. The extra beds/rooms and toddler toys, high chair (!!) were super helpful while travelling with a little one. Keen to come back!

Jillian's space was thoughtful and well set out. Such quiet surrounds for city living. Park just down the street for beautiful walks with special directions from the hostess for the best views. Wonderfully modern bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with the biggest shower you will ever find. Would recommend and definitely request to stay again in the future.

Lovely warm and sunny spot on a cold Melbourne week. Great access to restaurants and shops - short walk away. Easy to catch the tram in to the city. Lovely walks around the area through parks and tree lined streets. Beds comfortable and shower hot with great soaps and shampoos. Kitchen well equipped for a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. We would gladly stay at Amanda's place again on our next journey to Melbourne. Steven and Lisa

Trish’s apartment is extremely comfortable, very well decorated (particularly the wall paper in the bathroom!) luxe bed linen, with everything you could need, well thought out to the last little detail. Really cool neighbourhood with so much to see and experience. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Trish 🙏

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

This is our second time staying at Monica's place. The apartment is clean and tidy, check in is easy, communication with Monica is always smooth. The apartment is very close to tram station, so it's easy to go anywhere. Definitely recommend it if you're paying a visit to Melbourne.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
