Reservations, redesigned
Review requests and edit upcoming reservations with a more intuitive flow.
By Airbnb on 20 May 2026
We’ve streamlined how you manage booking requests and reservation details. Here’s what you’ll find in the Today tab.
Booking requests
Responding to booking requests is simpler than ever.
- Reviewing requests: Details like your potential earnings and the guest’s rating help you review each request quickly.
- Accepting requests: Accept and decline buttons and a 24-hour countdown timer help you maintain a high response rate.
Reservation details
A more intuitive design helps you complete your most common tasks faster.
- Messaging: Use the message or call button to contact guests without having to look for the right thread in the Messages tab.
- Check-in and checkout times: Edit a guest’s check-in and checkout times so that any changes you agree to appear in the reservation.
- Notes: Add other important details about a booking by leaving private notes for yourself and co-hosts.
- Reminders and alerts: Manage changes and requests directly from the reservation. You’ll also get alerts about tasks you need to address, like if your smart lock is disconnected.
- Cancellation policy: See the cutoff dates and times for when upcoming guests can cancel and get a full or partial refund.
- Earnings breakdown: Get an itemised view of the reservation, including what guests pay, service fees, taxes and your payout.
