Very good communication with the owner, clean apartment, unbeatable views, great terrace but we could not use it because of the strong wind.

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

The apartment is in a prime location and is fully equipped for a longer stay. Carmen is a kind host who is always there for you. I had a pleasant stay.

Very neat and beautiful apartment. We had a great time. Beautiful view and nice beach. Had a nice beach walk and with the mountain bike it was also fantastic cycling here. Beautiful nature park nearby, Cabo de Gate. It is recommended to take a walk there. In short, we had a great time!

Clean and tidy accommodation, free parking on premises, supermarket close by. We will definitely repeat.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

Very nice apartment in a nice location in Almeria. We arrived during the national power outage in Spain but were fortunately able to find each other quickly. The apartment itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Strongly recommended!!! :)

The apartment was great, the location unbeatable and Carlota was very kind and attentive to our arrival.

The accommodation at Francisco's was excellent! Entering the apartment was easy, and everything completely matched the description and photos. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay and looks even more spacious than in the pictures. It is impeccably clean and tidy, and located just 100 meters from the main beach - close to many cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. Communication with Francisco was easy - very responsive, helpful, and helpful. I heartily recommend the place, 11/10! If we want to come to Almeria again, we'll be sure to book this stay.

The accommodation is a 5 min walk from the beach, it has very good restaurants nearby, and is 15 min from the port, where there are many nightlife venues. It is a very quiet area, the apartment was spotless and a very good host.

This apartment was fantastic and it felt like a home away from home. The location cannot be beat and everything is clean and today and everything as advertised.

We had a wonderful time in Almería! Bogdan’s place was great and also close to everything. He was very quick to respond and the apartment was very well equipped for short and longer stays. We highly recommend!

Laura's accommodation is very pleasant with a view of the sea and the mountains. Very clean and quiet residence and neighborhood. Being French, Laura sent us the places and centers of interest to prepare our stay, which was wonderful!!...

The house is beautiful, it has two very large terraces and with green spaces ideal for getting out of the monotony.

Penthouse apartment was very accessible and had panoramic views from Terrace. Location is only a 2 minute walk from central plaza - Plaza Neuva. Terrace was an excellent space to relax in, but definitely could benefit from some form of shading being erected over part of it. Lounge/dining area - large and airy. Lighting however is inadequate over dining area and for reading in. Kitchen is well equipped, though provision of a mop and bucket would have come in handy. We had a very relaxing 7 weeks and could not have asked for better communication and hosting. Hope to return next year.

The apartment is great, true to the photos. It's well equipped, both kitchen supplies, new appliances, cleaning material, etc. They even had the detail to leave us new gel and shampoo next to the towels for each of the guests. The terrace is fantastic and was all tidy and clean. The urbanization also of 10. The pool area is great and the parking is very spacious. The area is very quiet but somewhat away from the promenade. Christelle was always attentive to our needs, very friendly and quick to respond. A 10 para Christelle.

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀
