Our family of seven enjoyed our stay. The home was inviting, comfortable and was the perfect place to rest our heads after a long day at Disney. There was everything we needed in a fully equipped kitchen to cook all of our meals. I would definitely recommend to any large families, Anna’s place was awesome!!

This was a wonderful place right near golf course. Plenty of bedroom and great layout and set up for the house. To top it off had a pool and jacuzzi!!! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kissimmee!

We stayed at the house with 5 couples for an extended weekend of fun. The house was comfortable with just the right touch of amenities for the price. Any issues that I had were immediately addressed by the host which was very comforting. Joe is 100% a stand up guy and terrific host. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

This property was so beautiful and close to espn center for our event! It’s so great to have a pool area that doesn’t have the net caging over it!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was perfect for our family of 7, conveniently located near Disney with plenty of restaurants nearby. We didn't get to enjoy the pool, but the game room was super cute. Loved that the house was inside a gated community away from the hustle of the nearby theme parks so you could really relax after a long day. We'd stay here again if we come back to Orlando!

Our staff enjoyed a terrific stay here! we had 2 sets of team members come down and we were confident to make a second booking for the following week for more staff who were coming into town. From the start, Hannah’s property was amazing! It smelled great, very clean and welcoming. She gad a basket of snacks on the counter with a helpful binder about the house, quick contacts and restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. The two theme rooms were incredible! We had only one issue and Hannah’s team took care of it quickly. Loved our stay and will definitely come back next time we’re in Orlando.

Lauren and Mike were extremely helpful and friendly hosts. The is in a great resort with lots to do for adults and kids. Its about 15-20 minute drive to Disney parks and a great landing spot for a disney trip. The main house has four bedrooms, two with master baths. and the space in the garage has a games room and a kitchenette with living space, bathroom and bedroom. it was perfect for two families travelling together. The pool and hot tub are great! Hot tubs heats up quickly. The house had everything you could need and Lauren and Mike were excellent responsive hosts. On check out day, they were gracious with us running a little behind due to lost car keys. Would definitely recommend or rebook for future Disney trips

Brandon and Michelle’s place was truly the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. This was a big family vacation with extended family so there were twelve of us in total. With 7 adults and 5 kids two being 5 and under this place was the epitome of perfection. Every room was themed with a different disney movie or character and the attention to detail was beyond anything we could’ve ever imagined. The playrooms were perfect for the children and they couldn’t stop playing. The pool and all the amenities that this house had to offer was truly a dream. I also wanted to point out the safety measures with this house having a pool connected. There is a pool alarm so anytime the door was open to the pool you had to press the button or it would go off which is wonderful for small children. Brandon and Michelle are wonderful hosts who are extremely responsive! I could go on and on about this air bnb but if you are looking for a air bnb that is family friendly and close to Disney you must stay here

We just returned from an incredible two-week stay in Orlando at a beautiful home hosted by Kelly. Our group of five adults was thoroughly impressed—the house, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, looked exactly as pictured, offering a homely, clean, and well-organised space with thoughtful amenities. Kelly was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions. One of the highlights was access to the clubhouse, just a short 10-minute stroll from the property, featuring a pool, gym, and games room. Whilst the snack area was under renovation during our visit, the other facilities more than made up for it. The home is also conveniently located—just a five-minute drive from shops, restaurants, independent businesses, a petrol station, and Publix supermarket. The theme parks were about 20 minutes away by car, making day trips easy. We all truly cherished our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you're considering a stay, we can't recommend this place highly enough!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the Disney themed bedrooms, the game room and especially the pool! The adults loved having their own en-suite bathrooms. The house is beautiful. Thank you Matt.

Both the property and Denise (our host) were truly exceptional. The space was clean, roomy and just immaculate. It is certainly on my “place to rent list” whenever in Orlando. Denise was alway responsive and concise… you couldn’t ask for a more accommodating host… she is simply the best!!!

This beautiful home is a must stay. If you love peace & quiet w/ a beautiful view of the golf course & can appreciate the attention to details that are all over & around this home, love privacy, walking in to a super clean home like we do then this is the place for you and your family. My grandchildren ages 11, 9 and 8 were wowed from the moment they walked in till we left. They absolutely enjoyed the game room/arcade, the pool & both theme rooms. The Guardians of Galaxy bedroom made you feel like you were in their spaceship with all the different lights to choose from & the tv screen like your window of view. The Beauty and the Beast was just as wonderful! Any little girl would love to walk in to her own private mini scene and feel like you’re in the movie. The Master Bedroom & the 2 others were super awesome very comfortable. Living room super cozy. The house was very clean not just in one area but in all areas which I loved. We will for sure be coming back Thank you!

My wife and I stayed in this home for 7 days with our two young kids (4 y/o and 1 y/o). The property was very nice (as shown in the photos) and the location was great. We've stayed in Encore before, and loved this vacation even more than the last. We spent our days by the house's pool/hot tub and Encore's waterpark. Highly recommend!

This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! It’s super convenient if you’re visiting the Disney parks daily. We were able to go in the morning, come home and relax and go back out in the evening. My kids loved the private pool and the game room. All in all, this is the perfect house for a family if you’re here to visit Disney! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to book again!

Excellent place and the perfect location for visiting Disney World. My family including small children enjoyed the place. Great proximity to grocery stores (Publix), Target, CVS, and restaurants. I highly recommend the place for a family vacation.

If you have the chance to book this airbnb with Lola, you better book it!!! Everything was exactly as advertised. Lola, was also a great host. She checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going as expected. I would definitely book again with Lola if I am ever in the area again!! We had such an amazing stay. Communication with the host was excellent, even before our reservations were placed. The home was beautiful and clean. My kids and family enjoyed ourselves in this home away from home.

The Palms was a great experience for us. We highly recommend this place and host. We will definitely come back.
