In the house, there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wifi is available. In the yard there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice vacuum for winter swimming . An idyllic spot only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Quiet, pleasant area only minutes walk from central station and city center. Close to NUS and university. Best suited for 1-2 guests but serves as an overnight stay for 3 people. Bed 140×200 cm, sofa bed 120×200 cm. Possibility of washing machine for longer stays. Tea and instant coffee included. An independent place to stay with self check-in. Suitable for calm caring guests.

Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment.
