Lovely apartment close to city center. Large heated outdoor & indoor pools across the street and short walks to public/tour bus stops. Botanic garden and petting zoo close by and bakery, supermarket, hot dog stand, ice cream etc within 2-10 min walk. Usually, I only rent out a room in my apartment, but for a period in September 2025, I will be away so guests will have it all to themselves. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Short distance to outdoor activities such as lake Reynisvatn, mount Úlfarsfell for hikes and Dalslaug local swimming pool. Quiet neighbourhood, well located when travelling out of the city. For example 30 minute drive to Þingvellir national park and 40 minute drive to Hvammsvík natural hot springs to the west and 30 minute drive to Hveragerði to the east. Downtown Reykjavik is about 10km (15 min drive) as well as bus 18 runs downtown.
