The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Tram stop 1 min away (Langstross stop) , all shops and many restaurants of different categories nearby.

Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there.
