Cosy Appartement in Eltville with garden

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Comfortable apartment in the historic vineyard

The historic winery was built in 1864 and has been under renovation of buildings for several years. Since 2018 it has been called "Grünwalder Hof". At the same time, we are gradually rebuilding the viticulture that has been withdrawn from previous owners. In the meantime, the entire water, electrical and gas supply has also been completely renewed and a low-temperature condensing boiler has been installed. Aldi and Rewe are about 170 and 260 meters away, respectively.

Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and a hangover, Roman and I live in the old sandstone house with beautiful garden and rent out our attached apartment overlooking the countryside. As we enjoy traveling on Airbnb-preferably to the North Sea, as our interior design sometimes shows-we😉 're looking forward to welcoming guests ourselves! Small beautiful holiday apartment in our historic farm. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/ bike / hiking /boat trips or just to relax. It's easy to reach the dream paths, various castles in the Moselle valley, the Maifeld , as well as Koblenz and Cochem. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/ bicycles can be safely stored.
