Welcome to our characterful Studio apartment situated on the ground floor of our picturesque 19th-century Savoyard farmhouse close to the Morzine / Montriond boundary. Just a 15-minute stroll into Morzine Village centre in one direction and 5/10 minutes into Montriond in the other. Our space offers a cozy retreat with modern amenities and a touch of historic charm, from the beautiful original stone walls to the chunky wooden beams and rustic hand crafted front door.

In the heart of the historic building, you can enjoy the pleasure of staying in the room with a mini-pool for your exclusive use, with four hydromassage stations and a waterfall for neck massages. The hot tub can be used as you wish from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and is located inside the room. The water temperature is maintained between about 30 °C and 34 °C and is sanitized with chlorine for safe bathing. In addition, the room is equipped with a ventilation system.

The toilet and bathroom are private. You will find a 180/200 bed with memory foam mattress. Access to the spa for 60 minutes per night (available year-round). This 56 m2 suite, giving access to a private terrace of more than 15 m2 overlooking a pond, combines contemporary style and the character of old stonework. A large unoverlooked glass area will allow you to feel at one with nature. Guests can relax by the pyramid fireplace (lit from October to the end of April) as well as in the suite's private spa (jacuzzi). Breakfast will be offered with a sweet or savory option according to your preferences.

Two bedrooms, a bathroom adjoining one of the bedrooms and a private terrace offering magnificent views of the mountains and the Valensole plateau. An area adjacent to your suite is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dishes. The entire space is reserved for you during your stay. Your suite is the only rental in our house and it is not adjoining our rooms. On the ground floor we can share our kitchen if you wish.

Cabin

Round room set in the holm oaks above the stream with a suspended terrace. Bathtub, toilet, sink, double bed. The cabin is located above the Lou Abeilhs farmhouse with a bird's eye view of the valley. To access it from the parking lot there is a small path of 150 m and about forty steps. To share with another couple, on the large terrace at the bottom an outdoor kitchen, fully equipped, is at your disposal.
