The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Beautiful cozy apartment of 50 m2, quiet, sunny and not overlooked. Lyon 1st arrondissement. Typically Lyonnais, it has been fully renovated with care. Quality services. On the 4th floor with elevator, at the foot of the Croix-Rousse, close to Place des Terreaux, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Opera. Ready to live: Toiletries, hair dryer, shampoo, towels and sheets clean and ironed. Breakfast essentials, tea, cocoa, coffee, cereals, rusks...
