Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rhône

This was the most epic stay ever in an Airbnb apartment. Brantes is a super cute gem situated in a valley but still accessible and sun through the day. A couple of great restaurants beside that served great local food. Thank you for having us!

We had a nice time,although the weather was always good for a surprise. The area was ideal for hiking and exploring. Landscape a dream. Many thanks again to Manon's father. Those who love nature are well taken care of here.

Simply a corner of paradise, the perfect refuge to recharge and take a break from the stress of city life. The house is a gem, finely furnished and complete with all the comforts indicated in the listing, impeccable cleanliness. Stefano and Elena are excellent hosts, present and available without ever being intrusive, with their small attentions they make you feel at home. Thanks also to Giulia for the excellent welcome.

Walters Home is a wonderful oasis for all who appreciate peace and nature! The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste, everything is there to make you feel comfortable immediately. We especially liked the spacious terrace, the winter garden with the beautiful view of the countryside! Since the described access goes down the slope over hill and dale, travel bags are definitely the right choice and not for guests with limited mobility. Dear Walter, also in this way again a big thank you for the hospitality, also the fast and nice communication. Gladly again!

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, and Catherine’s apt is our absolute favorite! We loved the spaciousness—the rooms were larger than we expected and the balcony was huge. Bed so comfy, bathroom squeaky clean, kitchen and dining room just right for the two of us, lots of places to sit and relax. We felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. Catherine’s directions were super easy to follow and her recommendations for restaurants outstanding. It was our first time in Menerbes and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be back!

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Julien was a very kind and attentive host, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local recommendations. The farmhouse was even more enchanting than in the photos — the garden was filled with a variety of flowers and plants that gave off the most delightful fragrance. Having breakfast surrounded by birdsong was absolutely magical. We truly didn’t want to leave this peaceful haven. I could honestly return to the South of France just to stay in this beautiful home again!

Once we arrived Bart greatest is. He was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. His place was clean and it was definitely what was pictured. The location was peaceful and the ability to sit in the Hot tub in the evening time and gaze out at the mountains and listen to the cowbells. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent place, excellent host. Although this is the bottom portion of the house where the host lives, it felt like we were in our own home, it was perfect. Would book again if visiting!

Staying and Maria’s home was wonderful! The views are spectacular and the balcony is quite wide, providing lots of outdoor living space. The apartment is quite spacious and was kept in very good condition. Maria gave very clear instructions for check in and check out which made the process very smooth.

Fabienne’s apartment was delightful with beautiful furniture and a great kitchen and amenities. Everything was of a very high quality, terrific shower and lovely area to relax. The building was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wow Wow Wow, where to start? Every single aspect of our stay was incredible. We stayed for 5 days at the property and were constantly blown away by the views, the house, the facilities, the food, the ambience and the people. The Gran Paradiso national park is a hidden gem of a place and is beautiful no matter where you look. Andrea was the perfect host, he was so responsive to questions and is incredibly passionate about the area. This made all his tips, both hiking and food, absolutely spot on. The family owned gastronomy service is ideal for the house location and the food (breakfast/lunch/dinner) was fanastic, with the wine delivery being a personal highlight! Our stay excelled our expectations and will be recommending to friends and family at every opportunity, we will return one day in the future. Grazie mille, Rebecca & Jayden.

Anna is very professional, accommodating, responsive, very well decorated apartment with a lot of taste, very quiet environment, with a superb view of the lake from the terrace with a lot of stairs to climb, only small downside, quite difficult access by motorcycle to get there. We keep a very good memory of it. Tania and Philippe.

A very special place to stay. The apartment is smaller than expected, but very great for a few nights. However, we did not want to spend a whole vacation here, because it is very small, dark due to the small skylights and it is certainly stuffy in the summer. Fans are already ready. There is a lot of space on the castle grounds, but there is only one bench on which you can sit outside. Please note: there are three buildings, two courtyards, several corridors and 100 stairs that you have to walk from the car to the small apartment!! There is no elevator. Each piece of luggage must be carried. But a beautiful experience!!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Amazing sea views. Quiet area but close to town. And Jennifer is a great host.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Perfect place to take a rest

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's accommodation. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A totally recommended accommodation and host😊
