Holiday rentals with a patio in Rhyll

We stayed at Claires apartment during Easter break, instruction to access the property was very clear. It was amazingly sweet that Claire and team have prepared milk, bottled water, Easter eggs and hot cross buns, very much appreciated! The kitchen and living room is spacious with all essentials supplied, one feedback as shared with Claire is to replace the kettle. The ensuite is spacious with balcony, though recommend the cleaning/maintenance of bedding supplies to be updated in future. Bathroom was tidy with enough supplies for two nights. The property overall is in a great location, very easy to access the surrounding for grocery, shopping and dine out.

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Simon was communicative. His place was very good. He added some great touches in a handwritten card of welcome AND a bottle of wine. For me it was the thought that was really appreciated. The appartment is very close to the beach, has secure, off-street undercover parking, is clean, spacious and well equipped, including having a balcony, albeit with seats but no table! His place is recommended for a weekend away as it was for us, AND for a longer stay. I would certainly consider it again. Thank you Simon and all the best!

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

Our stay was wonderful! Andi was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The environment was peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It is a lovely apartment in a pleasant location and furnished very attractively. I had thought we would have a water view but maybe I didn't study the photos carefully. You have to drive to most cafes and restaurants but there is one excellent business just across the way. Check-in was rather confusing, The key is in a lock box which is fine, except that the lock box is in an odd location and hidden by bushes. Nevertheless we found it. I would be happy to stay there again.

Me and my friends had a great stay at Victors place! It was super cosy and had everything we needed. We stayed in most of the time and cooked / ate together which we enjoyed a lot. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Overall would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amarela Haus. It was beautifully decorated and had such a calming vibe. We felt instantly relaxed and at home in the space. We will definitely be back with more of the family and friends! Thank you for a wonderful weekend away 🤍

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a **perfect home away from home**, especially with kids, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning! Our first family holiday to Phillip Island was made that much more comfortable staying in such a homely accommodation! everything was clean, cosy and easily accessible. Amanda was so lovely and helpful, very responsive and kind. thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay, it definitely felt like home away from home and will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Space on the Hill is a fabulous place to stay in Loch. Comfortable and homely with every convenience you would need. It is a few steps from the fabulous stores in Loch. I felt part of the community. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. Oh! And bring your bike. The rail trail is brilliant. Thanks Beck.

Tina's place is well equipped, clean and the rooms are nice and warm when we arrived (definitely helped when it was rainy and freezing cold outside). Lotsa clean towels and there's even an airfryer available for use. We had some questions and Tina responded very quickly and provided the necessary information. It was a wonderful stay and we got to enjoy Netflix and Amazon too.

Brydie’s place is amazing! It’s clean, new and easy to find. Brydie’s instructions were very clear. She is always just a message away. The place is close to Coles and that is a bonus for us. This is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Phillip Island!
