The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. Originally called “schoolhouse #7” on the 1896 Mansfield Map, it was converted to a 2 bedroom home in the mid 1900's. Recently updated with some creature comforts like a fresh new bathroom, unique furniture, and cozy beds. Situated on a nice quiet 1/2 acre lot above a ravine with a babbling creek below. Be cautious of the ravine and hillside, we have fencing to protect guests of the steep hillside.
