So charming and spacious. Well furnished with everything you need. Space allows for gatherings of large groups all together and space for time to yourself if needed for down time.

The home was welcoming. Older home all wood floors just make sure you bring house shoes. Host was responsive and checked if anything was needed. Location was near shopping & the racetrack.

Really nice house on a nice piece of property. The house was super clean and Ashten was clear with check in/check out instructions. Perfect distance from Mansfield and the Penitentiary...literally a 10 minute drive and you can get to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

It was such a unique home and such a pleasure staying there! The HotTub was great and perfect with the fire pit on the cool nights. It was so peaceful and fun.

I would give it 6 stars if I could. It’s a great cozy home with a wonderful kitchen and a great porch for early morning coffee. Will stay here next time we are in town.

A beautiful cabin nestled in the rolling hills of Ohio. Close to hiking, canoeing, Amish country and so much more. You are far enough to have peace of mind, and close enough to enjoy a lot that Ohio has to offer. Would recommend for a peaceful getaway.

A really great place to stay! The blue berry muffins and delicious coffee pods were an added special touch. The home and the grounds were beautiful. The music history was special and very cool. Donald was a GREAT host. Always responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Bethany was a great host. She checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. The house was very clean and very comfortable. We brought motorcycles and she had no issues with us starting them around the horses. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you enjoy animals.

A great option for a family of parents, grandparents and siblings in town to attend Kenyon graduation!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their camper van was amazing, and we felt right at home. It had everything you could possibly need during your stay, and even came stocked with s’mores stuff! The campground we stayed at was really nice as well. Good places to eat locally and lots to do around the park. Would definitely recommend!

It was beautiful and cozy with huge areas, it was clean and very peaceful. The bed were amazing and the decor was beautiful. The host was amazing and understanding and really easy to talk to.

Missy was a wonderful host. She helped us get inside We came at night, which great want to say thanks to Missy. She was very open and friendly and invited us to share time. We really thanked her.

Stayed here as a child and Matt had really updated the place. Wood floors. Roku tv. Sliding glass doors. The only thing is the appliances are a bit old so we had to run our clothes through the dryer a couple times and food cooked a bit uneven in the oven. But it was a wonderful experience. Quiet and beautiful. I will be back

Great place to stay for Kenyon College families. Not too far from campus.

Tony’s place offers so many things…sublime book selection for those who prefer to pontificate rather then watch TV or their phone. Wonderful place for a private time & families as well. (For kids lots to do farms with cows, pigs, goats variety of birds, gophers, maybe even a couple of woodchucks) see the tractors & cool things that the heart of America was built with… remind them what it was like before we all had cell phones. Make a memory that’ll last forever no phone needed! Fields for miles=literal kid paradise..after sitting in a car waiting to get there-turn them loose in the fields out back or let them go visit the bullfrogs in the front pond with Peepers chirping away Peaceful & very safe for couples, families & kids Pool, hot tub fun for everyone!! We are so grateful for the charming guest house that accommodated well our 5 family members. The home was cozy and welcoming, clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for a quiet, restful trip to Ashland. Laurel was always available and gracious in our communication and we are so glad to have found a great location for relaxing during our busy schedule at Ashland University graduation. This is a wonderful short term rental when you need space and a place to feel more like a home. Most of the aspects of staying here were pleasant. If you are staying for a long time, you'll have to buy things like more dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and some kind of multi-purpose cleaner, but you have to think of this as your own home and you would have to purchase that stuff for yourself anyway. The bike trail being right behind was amazing! Depending on when you will be staying, when we were here there were workers coming and going next door, but we heard they are getting ready to open as a new business. If you're into coffee and tea, as well as pastries and breakfast foods, they are so close to Nickel & Bean -which is a fabulous place! This was a perfect rental for our family and made our trip bearable. James was responsive and accommodating!

Great home away from home. The place met our expectations where it mattered most: clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements, clean and polished bathrooms and kitchen, laundry, private dwelling.

Brenda was a great host, the property is very nice and well maintained! Lots of hikes and beautiful places to visit nearby. The campsite was flat and well maintained with a small fire pit and table. This is a great spot to get away from the crowded campgrounds near Mohican.

The apartment is beautiful and the accommodations were amazing. The neighbors in the building are loud and it reeks of marijuana smell. Otherwise, it was very nice and communication with the managers was excellent!
