Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Unit is upstairs and may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties or small children.

This bright and fun pink cottage is in the heart of Mohican State Park! It is a home base for adventures; in the canoe capital of Ohio :) Our cottage is perched on a hill overlooking a beautiful par 3 golf course across the street. Our large concrete patio has a hot tub, corn hole, and yoga matts for peaceful stretching or yoga with a view! We have a fully stocked kitchen, board games, smart TV's and a completely custom built bunk room that your kids or friends groups will absolutely love!

The Mill House in Lexington

Entire home in Lexington. A 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom, spacious kitchen with dining table and large open living area, laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Large back patio with firepit and scenic view of the bike trail. There is full access to the bike trail and a bike rental shop nearby. The home is walking distance to local shops, many restaurants nearby. Very close to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, the historic Reformatory, Malabar Farm and Snow Trails Ski Resort.

Take a step back in time with a stay at this historic brick schoolhouse built in 1875. Originally called “schoolhouse #7” on the 1896 Mansfield Map, it was converted to a 2 bedroom home in the mid 1900's. Recently updated with some creature comforts like a fresh new bathroom, unique furniture, and cozy beds. Situated on a nice quiet 1/2 acre lot above a ravine with a babbling creek below. Be cautious of the ravine and hillside, we have fencing to protect guests of the steep hillside.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 3BR home. You’ll have dining and shopping options nearby, a short trip to: Snow Trails, Reformatory, fairgrounds , historic carousel, city parks, & Mid-Ohio Speedway. Pets welcome with fee. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.

A two car garage allows renters to park out of the weather.
