The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Our charming, cozy library studio features a beautiful cherrywood Queen bed with cloud-like bedding and lots of plush pillows for cuddling or reading in bed. Cozy, peaceful, and feels like home. Wood fireplace, home theater living area w/ 65” TV, desk for remote work, microwave, fridge, bathroom with shower, plus in-unit washer and dryer. Your private entrance has a shaded patio for lounging, surrounded by a secluded, park-like backyard. Local wine or sparkling cider provided for you to enjoy.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

This unit is under new management and has been recently updated with a king bed. This listing has had some issues because of poor management in the past, these have been resolved with the new management. It is in the heart of West Richland. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
