Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Enjoy the Coal River Valley from the little Brick Cottage down the lane, it’s a peaceful and private place to stay and has enough room for the family or a group of friends (if you want to bring them that is 😉) Historic Richmond is only a short walk away, in just moments you could be feeding the ducks, enjoying a latte or walking over Australia’s oldest Bridge.. The Cottage has a beautiful Fireplace for those colder evenings. The Fireplace heats the entire home and make it lovely and cosy.

A converted studio style cottage in the garden of our property. Quiet and so very peaceful overlooking the rosemary and lavender at the entrance to our vegetable garden.
