On offer is the top storey of our house, 3x bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, lounge with kitchenette and balcony. Our property has 24 acres of paddocks and Manuka forest bordered by the beautiful Buller and Gowan rivers and National Park. Large Park like garden. We offer you country hospitality and a quiet homely atmosphere. PLEASE NOTE you are able to use our full kitchen if required.

Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

Relax in this very peaceful and private setting of this new Studio Apartment with the feeling of being in the Countryside. It is situated 6 km from Nelson CBD and close to bus service into town. There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay, with a vegan option on request. We have a completely separate unit below for our guests with its own entrance . Our flexible bedding arrangements means we can accommodate a number of combinations. The super king in the bedroom can be used or two single beds if preferred. The fold away made up queen bed in the main area allows more space during the day. We are open to meeting the bed requirements you may wish to have 2 single beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. What a wonderful view you will have when you wake up.

Kaiteriteri Seachange, Garden Apartment

We have 2 Queen Bedrooms both with en-suites, (a third Super King bedroom is available and can be used for an additional cost), breakfast/living area and large outdoor living space for you to use. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. In tranquil rural surroundings, enjoy a glass of local wine on the deck and uninterrupted views of the night sky. The Cottage is well equipped and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. An extra fee is charged to access the second bedroom if travelers are not a couple.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

A self-contained guest unit with own entrance and free parking. There is a king sized bed which can be converted to two king singles. A continental breakfast is provided as well as tea and coffee. Located just minutes away from Richmond village with lots of cafes, restaurants and local wineries. The house is nestled in the Richmond foothills close to mountain biking and walking tracks and has views out to the stunning Tasman region.
