Mirna kućica u centru grada

U ovom ugodnom smještaju u centru grada Rijeke sve vam je nadohvat ruke. Iako se nalazi u centru, ovaj smještaj nudi veliki vrt te se nalazi u maloj mirnoj ulici. U vrtu se nalazi konoba s unutrašnjim kaminom za roštilj. Kućica je novo uređena te je svime opremljena i nudi parkirno mjesto. 25 minuta pješke potrebno je do prve plaže na Pećinama (gradskom kupalištu). Također postoje plaze na Kantridi koja su udaljene autom otprilike 14 minuta i u Kostreni koje su udaljene autom 15 minuta.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and wild gorges lies Picus Guest House overlooking lake Butoniga. Podmeja is a small, authentic village where you can buy local olive oil, jam, wine, honey...The beautiful natural surroundings invite for strolls or hikes. This is also a peaceful base for exploring the peninsula. The house is cosy and furnished with many hand-made items. As your neighbors we will be available to help you in any way we can. Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
