Our host welcomed us and showed us around, she is very kind and friendly. The place was lovely decorated, stylish and spotless. The location, the view, the jacuzzi..... everything was amazing. It felt as if we were alone, although our host lives downstairs it's super quiet and enjoyable. Absolutely recommend!

Perfect location right on the beach. Spacious parking is available right in front of the house, convenient parking is possible. Quiet and relaxing, with nice terrace and sea view. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with shower. Cafes, pizzeria and small shop nearby, nice paths for walking and hiking. Communication in German and English hassle-free, very friendly hosts. Absolutely recommended.

The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! We chose this place because we wanted to be away from the usual mass tourism. And our expectations were fully met. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. The view from the balcony could not be more beautiful. We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset. In the evening, you can only hear the crickets chirping. Farid attaches great importance to peace and quiet. I liked that very much, otherwise we live in a very noisy world. Considerate interaction is therefore very important there. Every morning I went to the small bay in the early morning to swim and had it all to myself. We will definitely be coming back!

Natasha called us on the day of arrival, to say that the apartment was already ready. We could therefore enter earlier😀. She waited for us and explained everything well. Natasha is a very sweet woman. If you need something, she'll take care of it right away. The apartment is in the middle of Lovran, close to the sea. Ideal! Our dog could walk freely in the apartment and the roof terrace. Beautiful view! The dog beach was a fifteen-minute walk away. This was completely cut off by a fence and the rocks. Water shoes are recommended. The bakery and supermarket were also within walking distance. The Lungomare, the path that runs all the way to Opatija, is ideal for walking along the coast. You will come across plenty of terraces, beaches (mostly concrete) and villages along the way. It was very nice to stay in Lovran. Thank you Natasha!

Perfect place for a stop en route to/from southern Croatia, without a significant diversion, but in a peaceful location. Eni made us feel very welcome and her place was clean and comfortable. We fell in love with the nearby cats!

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The accommodation was clean and functional for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Cabinets for clothes were sufficient and the bed comfortable. From the small balcony, you could look at the sea, the mountains and the neighboring islands. We had breakfast there every day, with a wonderful view. The 200 steps down to the beach are a breeze, but going back up is exhausting, but doable. From the beach, you can wonderfully stroll into the town. In the evening, it is wonderful to see the sun sink into the sea. We were also totally thrilled with hiking in the Velebit Mountains. The hosts were always available and very helpful. We had problems with our car, the landlord drove us to the workshop and arranged everything.

Tatjana and Rene were exceptional hosts! They welcomed me and my friends in a sociable, helpful and very friendly way. Rene was very well organized, among all the amenities, the necessary numbers and the freedom he gave us, we felt welcomed and respected! It was a really nice vacation and we hope to be able to return in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

Great house and an amazing host would stay again

We absolutely loved Kristina's house. It is beautiful, modern but in a good mixture of the old house still kept to be seen. House was very clean and felt comfortable. We have everything we needed to stay there, even coffee machine, which was a huge bonus! Kristina made us feel very welcome and gave us many tips on our stay. She has gorgeous art shop downstairs. It really is a gem and worth browsing through. We highly recommend this beautiful holiday home and would love to come back ourselves soon 💜

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment that surpassed all my expectations. The property was exactly as depicted in the descriptions and photographs, leaving no room for any unwelcome surprises. Foremost, the apartment's ambiance was undeniably captivating. It was nicely appointed with all necessities meticulously planned for, making the place feel welcoming and homely. The most delightful highlight of this apartment was undoubtedly the amazing views showcased from its balcony. The panoramic views were truly a sight to behold, making every moment spent in this apartment quite remarkable. An important facet of my highly satisfying experience was the responsive and helpful host. It was evident that a thoughtful effort had been made to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for me. Queries were promptly addressed, and it felt comforting to know that assistance was always just a message away. Counting all these positive aspects together, I recommend this to other users.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!
