Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. We were very close to the Tête d'Or park and we were able to park easily (there is paid and free parking on Sundays near the apartment). Small downside, the elevator was out of order during our stay, fortunately, we did not have much to carry. A neighbor said that breakdowns were rare. I recommend it.
