Tim's beautiful casitas gets an 11 out of 10 stars! The moment we arrived, I realized we had walked into the AirBnB experience of my dreams. Well-built, beautifully appointed, and the gorgeous pool/lounge area RIGHT ON THE BEACH at the far end by the hiking trails. A dream. Very fair price for a world-class experience, I realize I will be hard pressed to every find such a lovely place to stay within my budget elsewhere in Mexico, as in, right on the beach yet so private and peaceful. It will be fun to try, though. Thank you Tim and team.

By far one of my favorite places I have stayed at! Beautifully decorated, amazing view from your bed, living room, or the spacious balcony, especially in the morning when the sun rises over the mountain. I loved waking up early, making myself a coffee, and watching the sunrise. The absolute best way to start your day. Carlos was amazing, very responsive, and always here to help. The condo is located up on a hill, which didn’t bother me and ensures that the noise of the town doesn’t keep you up at night. Generally speaking, it is quiet and peaceful, which is hard to find in Sayulita. Very happy I found this place, I’ll be back!

Michael's place was very suitable for our needs. The location is in a great area with lots of nearby restaurants. could use a second A/C unit as it gets warm in the apt during afternoons. Overall would stay there again in the future Craig Vancouver, Canada

Excelente alojamiento en el corazón de Sayulita. Magnífica relación precio-calidad. Todo queda a la mano: restaurantes, bares, comercios, etc. Quizá un punto a considerar es la cantidad de ruido (natural por la ubicación y sobre todo en fines de semana) para aquellos que buscan un lugar silencioso. Jordi siempre está al pendiente. La terraza es más amplia de lo que se ve y las personas de los locales cercanos son muy amables. Recomiendo el alojamiento ampliamente y definitivamente volvería.

Me encantó la ubicación, muy cerca de zona romántica, un montón de restaurantes, bares y obvio la playa. El departamento es muy amplio y lo que me encantó es que pude llevar a mi hijo perruno. Sin dudarlo volvería.

Nos encantó, el lugar súper bonito y tranquilo, el departamento muy grande y tenía todo lo necesario, ame que tenía una sombrilla, sillas y hielera súper útil para estar en la playa, el complejo estaba hermoso, sin duda regresaría

Excelente lugar para pasar tiempo en familia y relajado, el departamento es muy bonito y muy limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para estar agusto, solo agregaria unas cazuelas de teflon. el lugar es muy limpio, ordenado, las albercas muy limpias y las areas comunes siempre limpias. regresaria sin duda alguna, la atencion de Salvador fue increible siempre al pendiente y con pronta respuesta. lo recomiendo mucho,

Una estancia excelente. La pasamos muy agradable. Espacio muy amplio. Iba con una persona en silla de ruedas y sin ninguna dificultad. Muy ameno el espacio, buena vista, todos los servicios, y un lugar agradable que te hace sentir como en casa. De parte de Antonio, un excelente host, siempre al pendiente para que tuvieramos una excelente estancia.

David's place was a perfect place to decompress for a week. The rooftop is amazing, especially the pool. I spent every morning up there soaking up the views, literally. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed. As other reviewers have noted, it is darker, but only because I chose not to really have the blinds open, otherwise there is plenty of natural light. But when I was at the apartment, I was on the rooftop anyway! And I was exploring PV most of the day anyway. The location is great - walkable to everything. The 5 de diciembre neighborhood is quieter and more residential. You'll be essentially right at the start of the beach - and can walk to the other end of the beach in about 40 min (at about 10-15 min to the start of the malecon). All in all, this was a great place to stay (also, no hills! and yet an amazing view from the rooftop!).

Hermoso departamento, con muchas amenidades y el personal muy amable. Todo muy limpio y con albercas templadas. Excelente lugar para vacacionar.

Casa Paw is an absolute gem! The condo is a great location to the pool, beach, and all that San Pancho has to offer. Our three little kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool/beach and Margaret made traveling with kids so easy by providing amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair and swim vest and toys. She even went out of her way to provide a welcoming gift for each kid. If you’re hesitant about booking, you won’t regret staying here! Casa Paw is beautifully decorated that makes you feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect place to stay! It was close to everything. The place was nice and clean. The view was perfect and everyone was very nice and responsive!! Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.
